Forecasts

The Fresh Prince (3/1), Master Jake (9/2), The Italian Yob (5/1), Renard (11/2), Allow Dallow (8/1), Wings Of Smoke (11/1), Groomed (11/1), Court Dismissed (14/1), Dreamsoftheatre (25/1), River Purple (25/1)

Verdict

The Fresh Prince was travelling strongly when coming down four out at Aintree last time and is entitled to go well again off the same mark, while The Italian Yob is at his lowest weight since his last win and will enjoy the conditions. Preference though, is for MASTER JAKE, who has finished in behind the likes of Ivan Grozny and Waiting Patiently in previous races and is relatively lightly raced for a nine-year-old. He is taken to notch up a first win over fences in what looks a competitive race. 1. Master Jake 2. The Fresh Prince 3. The Italian Yob
