Good-looking sort from useful family. Strong at the finish when opening his account in a Bath novice (1¼m) last month, looking better the further he went. Looked an interesting handicap debutant upped in trip but ran too badly to be true at Salisbury 4 weeks ago. Worth another chance.

Took a strong hold fitted with cheekpieces but still just about better than ever when recording win number 3 of 2026 at Southwell 3 weeks ago. 6 lb rise won't prevent a very bold follow-up bid.
Smooth-travelling sort who's finished runner-up on 3 of his 6 starts this season. Again unlucky to bump into one when beaten 7 lengths in a better race on the July Course but back in trip having failed to see out 1½m as well as he usually does here a month ago.
Related to some useful types and progressed with each start thus far, winning 9-runner novice at Lingfield (1¼m, all-weather) in August before a keeping-on third despite looking rough around the edges on handicap debut at Leicester. Limit not yet reached.
Promise amidst inexperience when reaching the frame in novices at Lingfield and Newbury at the start of the summer and only just failed to open her account at Haydock (1¼m, good to firm). Heavy ground perhaps an excuse for Goodwood flop and she now goes handicapping from a tough-enough mark.
Confirmed previous promise when opening her account at the third attempt at Salisbury in June. Ripon handicap debut was too bad to be true the following month (reported to have bled) and she was quickly back on her game when fifth at Goodwood 19 days ago.

Forecasts
Dove Tale (2/1), Dialstone (10/3), First Officer (11/2), Wild Violet (11/2), Domination (6/1), Tropical Sands (17/2)
This is a better race than the Southwell contest DOMINATION landed 3 weeks ago but he did that very nicely so a 6 lb rise may not prevent further success. Dove Tale and Dialstone both make their second handicap start for leading yards and they are feared most.
