Looked very promising when scoring on debut in 7f novice at Kempton in August 2025, overcoming greenness, but she's not been seen since and has well-being to prove.

Only 2 runs but showed improvement on return from 9 months off when third of 11 in a novice at Southwell over this trip 27 days ago. Hood removed but entitled to come on for recent outing and could be in the mix if doing so.

Yet to win in 7 Irish maiden starts for Noel Meade but went close when beaten a short-head in 14-runner event at Gowran Park in September. Respectable fourth of 14 over 1m at Listowel last time and now starts out for a new yard switched to all-weather. Holds strong form claims on best effort.

Pinatubo gelding. Makes debut after costing just £1,000 in December 2024. Hard to fancy.

Showed promise on debut over 7f at Redcar in September, denied a run and finished with running left, but was caught out by drop back to 5f here earlier in the month. Return to this trip will suit but others still preferred.

Fourth of 6 on debut over C&D (80/1) in September, not getting clear run, but plenty more required to win a race like this.

€2,500 yearling. Elzaam filly. First foal of a dam who won over 7f at 2. Pedigree suggests trip is suitable but looks modest on paper.

Winless from 8 runs and not currently living up to good pedigree but she made frame over 1m on 2 of last 3 starts and represents a top yard. Should be in the mix back down in trip.

Forecasts

All You Can Be (6/5), Venetian Sky (11/4), Bella Angelina (3/1), Petula (7/2), Keogie (11/2), Savernake (20/1), Nip About (50/1), Nether Clova (100/1), Full Of Magic (125/1), Mr Black Diamond (200/1)

Verdict

KEOGIE has some solid-looking Irish form to his name and could be the one to back starting out for a new yard given several of the other interesting runners all have something to prove. Venetian Sky has had a few chances but should be in the mix once more, while the interesting Petula will need a look in the betting returning from a long time off.
