Well backed and better than ever when landing 14-runner handicap over 7f here on Saturday. Had a bit in hand on that occasion and with return to 1m no issue, he may well defy a penalty.

Winner in Spain who was runner-up in 1¼m handicaps at Newbury and Sandown for Tom Dascombe last year. No show in 4 starts for current connections this season, though. Lots to prove on all-weather debut.
Struggled in handicaps after maiden/novice early in his career last season but well backed and cashed in on his reduced mark over 7f here 12 days ago. Steps up to 1m for the first time and wouldn't be certain to be in the same form.
Got off the mark for the season in 1m Salisbury handicap in May. Hasn't proved easy to catch right since, though.
Made winning reappearance/stable debut at Hamilton in May and posted good second in handicap at same track in August. Below par since, though.
Has enjoyed a productive campaign, making it 4 wins for the year when making all on all-weather at Lingfield in August. Didn't see it out over 1m back on turf without cheekpieces but the headgear was quickly reinstated when second at Kempton (7f) 3 weeks ago. One to consider.
Completed 7f double for Marco Botti last year. Changed hands for 34,000 gns and had been gelded prior to an underwhelming stable debut at Epsom last month (hung left). Didn't show anything at Yarmouth either, and a visor now reached for.
Ended a long losing run at Musselburgh (1m) in June. Might have gone close to doubling his tally for the season with a better-judged ride at Carlisle (9f) in August but unable to make a significant impact in 3 starts since.
Got off the mark on handicap/stable debut at Yarmouth in September (7f), showing much-improved form to win with a bit in hand after 4 months off. 3 lb higher mark looked within range but didn't fully see out 8.5f at Nottingham.
Added to his excellent Pontefract record in July. Back in a more suitable grade returned to that track when second 3 weeks ago. First all-weather run for nearly 2 years.
Maiden win came over C&D last autumn and he showed a lot more than on stable debut when a keeping-on third over 1m at Newcastle 4 weeks ago. Eased further 1 lb so he's of interest.
Two all-weather wins for Hugo Palmer last summer. Proved he retains ability when second in first-time blinkers at Wetherby and most promising effort since in this headgear combination when fifth at Wolverhampton a month ago.
Got back on track 2 months after his reappearance when second over C&D in August and confirmed his return to form with a pair of in-frame efforts since. Can remain competitive.

ANTHROPOLOGIST had plenty up his sleeve when successful over 7f here on Saturday and hopes are high that he will defy a penalty. Timely Affair and Exotic Baby head the opposition.
