Forecasts

New Year's Eve (9/4), Comrade Alexi (9/4), Lady Phillips (5/2), Catonahottinroof (9/1), Beryozka (12/1), Velora (18/1), Singing Blues (150/1)

Verdict

NEW YEAR'S EVE has an appealing pedigree and will have learnt plenty from last month's Haydock debut. She is taken to get off the mark. Comrade Alexi looks the chief threat on form, whilst newcomers Velora and Lady Phillips are both much respected.
