Irish EBF Fillies Maiden (Smullen Series)

Foaled April 13. New Bay filly. Half-sister to useful 1¼m winner Alazenya. Dam, 1½m winner, half-sister to very smart 1½m-2½m winner Alandi. Makes plenty of appeal on pedigree.

Foaled March 8. Awtaad filly. Half-sister to several winners, including useful 2-y-o 7f/1m winner Washaar and 11.6f-1¾m winner Celtic Classic. Dam placed sole start. Market best guide on debut.

Twice-raced filly who left debut form well behind when 4 lengths third of 17 to Alpine Wedding in maiden at Cork (7f, soft, 33/1) 23 days ago, suited by increase in trip. The form of her races has worked out well and she should take plenty of beating.

Foaled January 29. 250,000 gns yearling, Lope De Vega filly. Half-sister to 1m-10.4f winner Highland Spring and 11f-1½m winner in Germany Dawn Sky. Dam winner up to 10.5f (2-y-o 1m/9f winner). Finished sixth of 8 in barrier trial at Leopardstown in August. Cost plenty but may be one for later on.

€75,000 foal, €78,000 yearling, Camelot filly. 150/1, ninth of 16 in maiden at Gowran (7f, good to soft) on debut 31 days ago. Makes little appeal this side of handicaps.

Foaled February 21. 800,000 gns foal, Frankel filly. Closely related to 12.5f winner Dusk Falls and half-sister to several winners, including winner up to 1m Cloudy Dawn. Dam 1m/9f winner. Interesting type on paper but looks stable's second string.

Foaled March 25. €115,000 yearling, State of Rest filly. Half-sister to 2-y-o 7f winner Orne and 1¼m winner Alcarath, both useful. Dam, winner up to 6.5f, half-sister to smart winner up to 1m Space Traveller. Makes some appeal on paper.
