Three-time course winner who hasn't hit top form yet this year and probably will be vulnerable to younger legs, but this is a marked drop in grade so he may reveal more.
Brought up Flat hat-trick at Southwell in July before third of 12 over 1½m here in August when upped in grade and lost little in defeat. Holds place claims once more.
Off the mark at Hamilton in August and produced good second on all-weather debut over 1½m here 25 days ago. Seemed unsuited by softer going on turf last time and could go well back at this venue.
Boasts a solid all-weather record and can be excused latest turf flop on good to soft going. Now tries first-time blinkers and has a positive jockey booking so could figure.
Won at Windsor in August then ran well when fifth of 9 in a much stronger handicap at Ascot 25 days ago, racing closer to the pace than ideal. One to take very seriously switched to all-weather.
Won a maiden over 7f last August but has struggled in handicaps since, including on this surface last time. Hard to be confident about.
Took advantage of an attractive mark when won 8-runner handicap over 1ÂĽm at Sandown in July. Now 6 lb higher for all-weather debut upped slightly in trip but needs viewing positively given his unexposed nature.
Won on debut at Yarmouth over 1ÂĽm in August, beating a subsequent winner, before producing a good second of 4 at Ripon 30 days ago. Makes his handicap and all-weather debuts here and is open to further improvement.
Off the mark in first-time blinkers at Newcastle 27 days ago and ran even better when third of 8 in a handicap at Newbury 12 days ago, not enjoying the smoothest of trips. Should be suited by this slightly longer trip and looks a major player back on all-weather.
Fairly useful sort but often compromises his chance by not settling. Placed both starts on all-weather but will likely find this beyond him unless he settles down.

Forecasts
Interstate (3/1), Tambora (7/2), Cape Fear (9/2), Forever Penywern (7/1), Time Thief (7/1), Tiernan (10/1), Fantasy Believer (14/1), Nicator (14/1), Rastnet (20/1), Deedaydiva (33/1)
INTERSTATE didn't enjoy the smoothest of trips when third at Newbury 12 days ago having won in first-time blinkers at Newcastle the time before. He can resume winning ways back on the all-weather. Tiernan was possibly unsuited by conditions when sixth at Ayr but had shaped well at this track the time before and is feared most, while Cape Fear is a 3-y-o that could improve further.
