Forward-going type who landed first leg of a double over C&D in May. Back on track when 3 lengths fourth of 10 in slightly better race at Beverley latest, and the forecast rain looks to be in her favour.
Already notched a pair of 6f Carlisle wins (both good ground) this summer. Since chased home subsequent winner at York and threatened even more than her 1½-length third at Hamilton (6f, soft) last time. Will need to settle again if she's to get home over 1m, though (too free sole previous try).
Hasn't offered much since ending a good run of form in selling company last autumn. Does benefit from a significant drop in grade this time and worth noting if the market expects a revival with Jason Hart back on board.
Beaten 5¾ lengths when bidding for a fourth career/Newcastle success last time. Has had plenty of chances to capitalise on his falling mark, though is the type who could benefit from first-time cheekpieces here.
Consistent rather than progressive in 4 starts to date. Plugged on to finish 4¾ lengths fourth in a 7f Catterick maiden latest. Still respected switched to a handicap by excellent yard and looks worth a go over this trip (despite being speedily bred).
Hit-and-miss performer who has fallen a long way in the weights. Back down in distance having failed to see things out following another 6 weeks off at Redcar (1¼m) last time. Well treated if first-time visor has the desired effect (too free in cheekpieces earlier in the season).
Veteran who ended a losing run in decisive fashion at Carlisle last month. Subsequently came up well short at Leicester following a 7 lb rise and races from an unchanged mark here.
Quirky sort who is firmly knocking on the door of a first success. Again responded well to cheekpieces when only foiled by a game rival at Musselburgh (9f). Should go close again from an unchanged mark.
Course winner. Without success since completing a hat-trick in spring 2024, despite attracting support on several occasions this season. Type to benefit from first-time visor, though, and booking of Danny Tudhope catches the eye. Engaged 4.30 Ayr Thursday.
Won twice at Ripon over 1m last summer. Recently returned to form following a slow start to this season, making it back-to-back places when 1¾-length second at Musselburgh (1m) 6 days ago. Remains on a potentially handy mark for this step back up in grade.
Sole success came in Bath novice (heavy) for Marcus Tregoning in autumn 2024. Hasn't threatened to capitalise on slipping mark since joining very capable yard, though did shape reasonably well on sole previous try over this C&D.

Forecasts
Motawaared (10/3), Glorious Kitty (7/2), Royale Union (5/1), Thats My Boy Luke (7/1), Invincible Ruby (7/1), Flying Fletcher (10/1), Tap Dancer (12/1), Eve's Boy (14/1), Jewel Maker (20/1), Empirestateofmind (25/1), Kelpie Grey (25/1)
KELPIE GREY looks interesting with a visor added and could be worth a chance if taking up this engagement (entered here on Thursday). Stablemate Motawaared has been knocking on the door and is expected to be thereabouts again, while Eve's Boy is another who could prove well treated if headgear does the trick.
