Bidsta²¹

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Billy Loughnane| T: G Boughey

1/3

Promising sort who showed plenty of ability when close second of 10 in maiden at Newbury (6f, firm) on debut 21 days ago. Looks sure to improve and is the one to beat.

Form: 2

(2)

Blue Sign^t⁴⁴

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Tom Marquand| T: I Mohammed & J Santos| OR: 68

33/1

Lightly-raced maiden. Posted fair effort in Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot in June but has rather gone backwards since. Work to do.

Form: 4085

(8)

Cuban Promise²²

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: D Egan| T: Tom Clover

40/1

Not unfancied in the market but offered little in novice at Lingfield on debut 22 days ago. Likely to need more time.

Form: 5

(7)

Faith In Florence⁴⁰

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: K Shoemark| T: E Walker| OR: 79| BF

10/3

Posted fair form in all 3 starts thus far, latest when third of 5 in novice at Musselburgh (5f, good to firm) 40 days ago. Back up in trip. Looks sure to give another good account.

Form: 423

(1)

Happy Daisy²³

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Grace McEntee| T: S C Williams

150/1

Related to some useful types but has failed to beat a rival home in either start thus far. Probably one for the longer term.

Form: 75

(4)

Hoya Bella

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: David Probert| T: James Owen

33/1

Foaled April 25. Kameko filly. Half-sister to 1¼m-1½m winner Jawhary. Breeding suggests she may find this trip on the sharp side first time up.

Plastic Dream^t⁹

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: S De Sousa| T: C A Dwyer| OR: 66

15/2

Showed ability when fourth on debut at Newmarket last month and ran to a similar level when third of 14 in novice (12/1) at Windsor (6f, good to firm) 9 days ago. Each-way claims.

Forecasts

Bidsta (1/3), Faith In Florence (10/3), Plastic Dream (15/2), Hoya Bella (33/1), Blue Sign (33/1), Cuban Promise (40/1), Antoinette (50/1), Happy Daisy (150/1)

BIDSTA should have learnt plenty from her encouraging Newbury debut and can get off the mark here. Faith In Florence and Plastic Dream may give her most to think about.
