Found a chunk of improvement fitted with first-time cheekpieces/back on all-weather when winning 12-runner handicap at Southwell (6f) 8 days ago by 3¼ lengths from Lope Y Linda. Looks the type to carry on winning now he's back on track so fancied to follow up under a 6-lb penalty.
Remains winless but she's proving a reliable sort. Ran poorly faced with testing conditions for the first time at Haydock (7f) 4 days ago but better anticipated returned to a sounder surface. First-time cheekpieces applied.
Much improved when second in a Newcastle novice (5f) on final 2-y-o start in November. Hasn't made a significant impact in handicaps this year, never better than mid-field when seventh of 10 at Thirsk (6f, good) last month. Eases further in the weights.
Modest form in Ireland for Donnacha O'Brien. Shaped well on first outing for new connections after 11 weeks off when fourth of 8 in handicap at Carlisle (6f, good to soft) just under 3 weeks ago and could well build on that here returned to 7f sporting first-time blinkers.
Had failed to stay on previous attempt at 7f and it looked a similar story when tenth of 13 at Redcar (7f, good to firm) back in May. Has since switched yards again and best watched in a first-time tongue tie.
Held his form well since opening his account at Pontefract (6f) in April, giving his all in reapplied cheekpieces when second of 13 at Ayr (6f, good to firm) 9 weeks ago. In the mix again.
Yet to fire for most of this season but well treated as a result and ran much better when third of 12 at Ffos Las last month. Not so good on just her second outing on all-weather at Newcastle (7f) 5 days ago but should fare better returned to turf.
Remains a maiden but wasted no time getting back to form when fourth of 10 at Southwell (1m) last month. Mark eases further and not without each-way hope.
Good second in handicap at Redcar (6f) in June on final outing for Ed Bethell but hasn't reproduced that form in 4 outings for Micky Hammond.
Free-going type who's won at Ayr/over C&D this year. Wasted no time getting back to form on just her second all-weather start when 3¼ lengths second of 12 to Taaklam at Southwell (6f) 8 days ago and should be on the premises again.
Relatively unexposed as a 3-y-o and bounced back to her best when winning 13-runner classified event over C&D just under a fortnight ago, helped by coming off the pace in a strongly-run race. Just 2 lb higher back in a handicap so not discounted.
In the frame in a C&D handicap in May but hasn't built on in that in 3 starts since and others make more appeal. First-time blinkers are tried.

TAAKLAM found a chunk of improvement fitted with first-time cheekpieces to get off the mark at Southwell 8 days ago and appealing the type to carry on winning now back on track, Harriet Bethell's 6-y-o can defy a 6-lb penalty. Kilmac Air shaped well on first outing for this yard at Carlisle recently, so she heads up the dangers returned to 7f, with last-time-out winner Lanarra rounding off the shortlist.
