Made it 2 wins from as many visits to Market Rasen in 6-runner handicap chase there (21f, good to firm) 3 weeks ago, hard held. Capable of going well again but how much he finds for pressure when coming off the bridle remains to be seen.
Multiple point winner who has matched the pick of his hurdles form back over fences recently, including after a breathing operation in small-field affair at Newton Abbot latest, though still needs a bit more to defy a BHA mark in the high 90s. Cheekpieces on for 1st time.
Successful first 3 starts over fences for Harry Derham but has struggled for new yard this season, only a slow gallop allowing him to finish closer than previously when 17½ lengths behind Huckleberry Sting at Market Rasen latest.
Had been one to treat with caution but gained a third win from last 4 starts at Huntingdon (2½m, good) in May, going with enthusiasm. Unseated his rider after 3 month off at this course recently but was still going with zest at the time.
Inconsistent performer who shaped as if retaining ability after 19 months off when fifth at Bangor (3m) in May. Went backwards from that effort at Market Rasen since, though.
Showed no ill-effects from Fakenham fall when second at Southwell in June. Has shaped as though still in reasonable heart since but gave a strong hint as to why he has only 1 win from 41 starts under Rules at Worcester latest, finishing weakly. Assessor has dropped him 6 lb, though.
Has an uninspiring profile in Ireland (including in points) and has fared no better in 2 starts for current connections. Back up markedly in trip.
Long-standing maiden who has questions to answer on the back of successive lacklustre displays. Engaged 4.35 Bangor Friday.
Last win came in December 2024 and, while he wasn't disgraced from 4 lb out of the weights in 8-runner event here (21f) on most recent outing, he tends to be found wanting at the business end.
Poor maiden who showed nothing in a handful of starts last season. First-time visor applied on return to chasing.

Gone In Sixty (6/4), Danny's Friend (2/1), Huckleberry Sting (3/1), Watchoutitscookie (5/1), Premier Fantasy (7/1), Jack Doyen (11/1), On The Platform (14/1), A Dublin Job (25/1), Keep Me Posted (28/1), Bahtiyar (33/1), Honneur De Sivola (40/1)
DANNY'S FRIEND resumed winning ways in impressive fashion at Newton Abbot in June and, with the extra distance potentially triggering further improvement, a 7 lb higher mark may not be enough to prevent the follow up. Jack Doyen was still going with zest when unseating his rider here recently and remains one to bear in mind now he's seemingly a reformed character, while the strong-travelling Huckleberry Sting is also respected as a last-time-out scorer.
