Goal Exceeded^t¹⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 9-10| J: Adam Caffrey| T: A McGuinness| OR: 76

Decisively capitalised on much-reduced mark at Leopardstown in June and ran at least as well in defeat since, latest when creditable fourth of 10 in handicap at the Curragh (1m, good to firm) 16 days ago. Not taken lightly.

Form: 203144

(17)

Zaraahmando^t²⁶

Age: 4| Weight: 9-8| J: Andrew Slattery| T: A Slattery| OR: 74| D

Won 3 times in 2025 and as good as ever when placed on his last 4 starts, most recently when runner-up at Galway (1m, soft) last month. Another bold bid is on the cards.

Form: 062332

(11)

Anvika^t⁴⁷

Age: 5| Weight: 9-7| J: Robbie Colgan| T: S Lavery| OR: 73

On a long losing run but turned in best effort of season when creditable sixth of 11 in handicap over longer trip at Leopardstown 47 days ago. Slow starts are a concern, though.

Form: 800336

(7)

Morehampton¹⁸

Age: 3| Weight: 9-7| J: Ben Coen| T: J P Murtagh| OR: 79

Tumbled down the weights and posted best effort for some time when good third of 12 in handicap at Gowran (7f, good, 11/2) 18 days ago. Warrants respect.

Form: 405093

(8)

Pillar Of Hope²⁴

Age: 8| Weight: 9-6| J: Patrick McGettigan⁽⁵⁾| T: P Sweeney| OR: 72| D

Yet to score this term but figures off a handy mark and returned to form when creditable fourth of 16 in handicap at Galway (1½m, good) 24 days ago, well positioned. Significantly back down in trip. Can make presence felt.

Form: 880464

(16)

Bundle Of Interest^v⁹

Age: 4| Weight: 9-4| J: Billy Lee| T: W McCreery| OR: 70

Improved on previous efforts this term when creditable 1¼ lengths seventh of 13 to Comfort Line in handicap (17/2) at the Curragh (1m, good) 9 days ago. Overall strike rate is rather off-putting, however.

Form: 437-077

(10)

Elusive Path⁴¹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-4| J: Colin Keane| T: G M Lyons| OR: 76| BF

Acquitted himself well in a trio of maidens this summer, latest when third of 9 at Killarney (1m, good) 41 days ago. May have more to offer on handicap debut.

Form: 323

(5)

Felix Somary^v²³

Age: 3| Weight: 9-3| J: Rory Mulligan⁽⁵⁾| T: John O'Donoghue| OR: 75

Returned to best form of late, including when good third of 11 in handicap at Galway (1m, good) 23 days ago. Likely to give another good account.

Form: 0-99033

(6)

Slight Of Foot¹³

Age: 3| Weight: 9-1| J: Wayne Lordan| T: R P Cody| OR: 73

Fair form at best in Britain and posted best effort for new yard, in first-time hood, when third of 15 in claimer at Gowran (1m, good to firm, 28/1) 13 days ago, never nearer. Not out of things.

Form: 694093

(1)

Rappell^b,t²²

Age: 5| Weight: 9-0| J: Rory Cleary| T: P W Flynn| OR: 66

Capitalised on a drop in grade to open his account for the year in 14-runner event at Limerick last month but followed that with a below-par run at Naas.

Form: 906210

(12)

Goofy Gander^h⁷⁶

Age: 3| Weight: 8-12| J: Shane Foley| T: Mrs J Harrington| OR: 70

Hinted at ability in a trio of maidens at 2 yrs and left return effort behind when very good sixth of 15 in handicap at Limerick (1m, good to soft) 76 days ago. May have more to offer yet.

Form: 507-06

(9)

Dream Legend⁵⁴

Age: 3| Weight: 8-11| J: Leigh Roche| T: E D Delany| OR: 69| CD

Sprang a surprise when scoring at Bellewstown in April but progressed since, upping his game significantly when winning 15-runner handicap at this course (1m, good) 54 days ago, well on top finish. 13 lb rise looks quite harsh but he can't be ruled out.

Form: 06-0131

(15)

Girl Bear²⁹

Age: 3| Weight: 8-10| J: Luke McAteer| T: Jack Foley| OR: 68

Back to best form when third on handicap debut at Roscommon in May but not really built on that since. Others preferred.

Consistent sort who scored for second time this year when narrowly taking 13-runner handicap at the Curragh (1m, good) 9 days ago. Just 3 lb higher now and ought to go well again. RESERVE.

Forecasts

Reponse Finale (3/1), Elusive Path (7/2), Dream Legend (9/2), Zaraahmando (6/1), Morehampton (13/2), Comfort Line (15/2), Felix Somary (10/1), Goal Exceeded (10/1), Anvika (12/1), Pillar Of Hope (14/1), Rappell (14/1), Goofy Gander (14/1), Bundle Of Interest (14/1), Glyndwr (14/1), Exquisite Acclaim (16/1), Girl Bear (20/1), Slight Of Foot (20/1), Gloriously Glam (150/1)

There should be more to come from the lightly-raced ELUSIVE PATH and he gets the nod in an open-looking handicap. Zaraahmando and Dream Legend head the list of dangers.
