Age: 6| Weight: 10-0| J: William Carson| T: J G M O'Shea| OR: 75

Not the most reliable but tumbled down the weights and came close over C&D in May. Ran poorly on heavy ground at Goodwood since but can't be ruled out.

Made winning start for Richard Hughes over C&D in June and improved with each start since, latest when winning 4-runner handicap at Newbury (1½m, good to firm) 14 days ago. Remains fairly treated and must be of interest again.

Capitalised on reduced mark when returning to winning ways here in June and made light of 5 lb rise when readily following up in handicap (9/2) at this course (1¼m, good) 37 days ago. Looks sure to go well again.

Forecasts

Sarangpur (10/11), Nibras Gold (11/4), Tai Hang Pegasus (9/2), Brave Hunter (5/1), Bohemian Breeze (10/1), Maasai Mara (18/1)

SARANGPUR has thrived since joining Richard Hughes, winning 3 of his 4 starts. A 4 lb rise looks very fair for his latest success and he is fancied to score again. Multiple course winner Bohemian Breeze is feared most.
