Showed ability when 5¾ lengths fifth of 9 in racecourse bow at Lingfield. Will probably be better over further/in handicaps.

Foaled February 28. Harry Angel colt. Dam, 11f-1½m winner, half-sister to smart 1m-1¾m winner Cemhaan. Pedigree of contrasts but yard did have a big-price newcomer win here on Tuesday.

Improving son of Space Traveller. Went close on his third career start at Doncaster (7f) last time, pulling clear with the standard-setting favourite. Looks the one they all have to beat.

Foaled April 16. €42,000 yearling, State of Rest gelding. Half-brother to several winners, including 1m-1½m winner Glen Force, 6f winner Promising and winner up to 6f Lethal Promise, all useful. Makes some appeal on paper, though a slight niggle that cheekpieces are fitted first time up.

Showed more than on debut when beaten 4½ lengths third in a 4-runner course maiden (6f) latest. Probably best to take that form with a pinch of salt, though.

Foaled March 12. 14,000 gns foal, €20,000 yearling, Sergei Prokofiev gelding. Half-brother to winner up to 9.5f Lazieelunch and 2-y-o 7f winner Renovatio Angel. Dam 1¾m winner. Probably one for the longer term, unless the market suggests otherwise.

Foaled March 16. Universal colt. Dam unraced half-sister to useful 1m winner Alobayyah out of useful 2-y-o 7f/1m winner (stayed 1¼m) Aquatinta. Yard enjoying a fine season with their juveniles. Needs considering, especially if supported.
