7 Core Electrical Restricted Maiden Fillies' Stakes (GBB Race)

15,000 gns foal, 15,000 gns yearling, Kameko filly. Dam French 6.5f winner. 10/1, promising start when second in 15-runner 6f Redcar maiden on debut in May, lasting longest up against the winner (followed up in Thirsk novice next time). Off since but she should progress.

Always behind in 5f Musselburgh (very slowly away) and Beverley maidens.

Foaled February 21. 8,000 gns yearling, State of Rest filly. Half-sister to 5f winner Beerwah. Dam maiden (stayed 1m). Yard has an abundance of 2-y-os but not one has won on debut yet.

Ran well to finish second on successive starts at Redcar and Wetherby in May/June but seems to be going the wrong way faced with plenty of racing, fading in first-time cheekpieces in a weak novice at Catterick (5f) last time.

Foaled April 22. 5,000 gns yearling, Mohaather filly. Half-sister to several winners, including smart 6f winner Staxton and unreliable winner up to 6f Classic Pursuit. Dam 12.4f winner. Rare 2-y-o runner for trainer.

Foaled April 4. 5,000 gns foal, Sergei Prokofiev filly. Half-sister to useful 7f winner One Night Thunder. Dam 6f winner (including at 2 yrs). Some appeal, though yard is just 1-25 with 2-y-os first time up in 2026.

Needs to learn to settle better but clearly has races in her, going close in this grade at Chepstow (6f) last week, edged out only late on. Leading contender in this company.

Foaled May 7. €10,000 foal, 13,000 gns yearling, Space Traveller filly. Half-sister to 3 winners, including useful 5f winner Ziggy's Triton and 6f-9f winner Soller Bay. Yard had a winning 2-y-o newcomer earlier in the week and she's one to note.

Foaled February 10. Lope Y Fernandez filly. Half-sister to 3 winners, including useful 5f/6f winner Militia and 7f winner Faster Bee. Yard has had a remarkable 6 individual 2-y-o winners (3 first time up) from just 9 horses this summer so she has to be respected on debut.

Foaled March 23. €10,000 2-y-o, Sioux Nation filly. Dam, 1m-1½m winner, closely related to useful 2-y-o 9f winner (stays 1½m) Green Storm out of smart winner up to 1½m (2-y-o 7f winner) Banimpire. Trainer has had a couple of successful 2-y-os first time up this season.

Foaled April 3. Harry Angel filly. Half-sister to useful 6f-7f winner Eye of Dubai. Dam French winner up to 1¼m (2-y-o 1m winner).

16,000 gns Time Test half-sister to 6f winner Tantomile, out of a 7f-11f winner. Shaped with promise on debut in this grade in 7f Epsom maiden 3 weeks ago, every chance final 1f, held when hung left final 50 yds. Should learn from that and improve and big shout in this company.
