Showed himself as good as ever back down in grade when second of 6 in a handicap at Ayr over 13f 18 days ago. That was just his second start for a stable going great guns and he looks sure to go well if coping with this step up in trip.

Third of 10 in a maiden hurdle at Hexham 40 days ago when racing freely on his return from 11 months off. Tries handicaps for the first time switching back to the Flat and steps up significantly in trip.

Gradually got better since returning from 7-month layoff in May, shaping better than result at Thirsk in higher-class handicap before finishing second of 4 at Catterick in June. Cheekpieces now reapplied and she's interesting from current mark.

Second of 5 over C&D in June is his best effort of the season, but again blew the start when fifth of 6 at Ayr 18 days ago and it's becoming a concern. Now below last winning mark and goes well here but needs to sort out his starting issues on first outing since leaving Dianne Sayer.

Made all in 2 of last 3 starts including over C&D in May and at Ayr in June. Up 4 lb but has the assistance of a capable claimer taking over and he's much more progressive than most of these so looks sure to go well again.

Won in dominant fashion over C&D in June and has been placed 2 of 3 starts since, most recently when third of 6 over 13f at Ayr 18 days ago when continuing in good heart. Back up in trip and could give his improving stablemate most to think about.
