Made a winning start to his career in a Down Royal bumper in May for Anthony McCann. Changed hands for 80,000 gns after and made it 2 from 2 switched to the Flat in Pontefract maiden, clear with runner-up. More needed to defy penalty in what is a warm novice.
Frankel colt who left his debut well behind when scoring by 7 lengths in 1¼m Newcastle maiden in November. Absence/penalty to defy but he rates a useful prospect for his top stable.
Won a Huntingdon bumper on debut in October and ran to a similar level under a penalty when third at Ludlow the following month. Showed a bit despite racing freely when fourth on Flat debut at Windsor 6 weeks ago.
Well held in bumpers/maiden hurdles.
€580,000 Kingman colt who left debut well behind when narrow winner of Carlisle novice 9 weeks ago, pulling clear with a subsequent winner. Looks useful so must be respected under a penalty.
Well held in bumper and 2 maidens.
Well held in Lingfield novice.
Dubawi colt. Half-brother to numerous winners, notably top-class winner up to 1½m Enable. Didn't show much in heavy-ground maiden at Salisbury 7 weeks ago but expected to do better at some point given pedigree/stable. Headgear on.
Very green and always behind at Wolverhampton on debut in December.
Pinatubo colt. Closely related to smart 11f winner Lionel and half-brother to very smart 11f-1¾m winner Gregory. Shaped with plenty of encouragement when second to a now-useful sort in maiden at Sandown 6 weeks ago. Step up in trip sure to suit and big chance of going one better.
300,000 gns foal, Wootton Bassett colt. Dam unraced half-sister to smart 2-y-o 5f/6f winner Ivawood. Promising start in warm conditions event at Newbury in September. Not seen to best effect at Yarmouth on belated return 19 days ago and well worth another chance up in trip again.
Showed nothing in Kempton novice in May. Has since had breathing operation.
Frankel filly who took a small step forward from debut when second at Thirsk 6 weeks ago, not quite so well placed as the winner when the sprint began. Likely to progress further.
Encouraging fourth of 14 in maiden at Newbury on debut in April but shaped as if amiss on first run since 19 days ago.

Forecasts
Humphrey (5/4), Kokbastau (11/4), Turret (9/2), Centrum (9/1), Hello Friend (10/1), Sharp Move (14/1), Alfred Wincham (18/1), Bankatary (33/1), Marianita (66/1), Argenteus (100/1), Eshowe (250/1), Sandpyper (300/1), Pic N Mix (300/1), Crack Of Thunder (500/1)
HUMPHREY and Kokbastau make the most appeal here. The former is likely to benefit more from the step up in trip based on their pedigrees so gets the vote. Penalised winners Sharp Move and Turret are others to consider in what looks a strong novice.
