Strong at the finish when off the mark for the season over 1m at Wetherby in April. Runner-up next 2 starts, including a very narrow reversal over C&D before finding step up in class too much the last twice. Back in his pay grade and he's a major player.

Form has taken off since the end of last year, holding on gamely to notch her fourth win of the campaign in a 6-runner handicap at Musselburgh (9f, good to firm) last month. Did too much too soon at Carlisle 2 weeks ago so needs treating as though still in form.
Ended last season in great form, making it 4 wins from last 5 starts at this track in October. Those victories came with plenty of give underfoot however and he hasn't been close to that sort of form in 3 starts this season. Back in trip with plenty to prove.
Posted her best effort of the season equipped with a first-time tongue strap when ending a losing run at Ripon (1m) last month, getting on top final 100 yds. Not in quite the same form twice since but they were both over 7f. Better expected returned to this distance.
Ran well plenty of times in the first few months of the year, including when winning at Newcastle in February. More miss than hit since but this represents a drop in class and with headgear back on, he looks interesting.
Blinkers had a positive effect when snapping losing sequence dating back to 2024 over C&D a week ago, 2 lengths too good for Starliner. That race did work out perfectly for him and he has a 5 lb penalty to carry but he's clearly dangerous.
Confirmed good start for this yard when finally doubling career tally in first-time cheekpieces at Musselburgh 3 weeks ago (9f). Up just 2 lb so he can be a factor again.
C&D winner in May. Form has been rather up and down since but definitely on a "going" day when 2 lengths second of 9 to Runninsonofagun over C&D last week. Visor replaces cheekpieces.
Completed a Musselburgh hat-trick before finishing third over C&D last summer. Off 10 months and hasn't beaten a rival both comeback starts though she should be at peak fitness now.

Forecasts
Hale End (9/4), Runninsonofagun (9/4), Donna Nook (6/1), Krissy (13/2), Starliner (11/1), Benacre (11/1), Mayor Of Maghera (11/1), Cisco Disco (50/1), Keep Me Stable (66/1)
Class droppers BENACRE and Hale End could be the pair to focus on, with marginal preference for the former fitted with headgear for the first time in a while. Last-time-out winners Mayor of Maghera and Runninsonofagun complete the shortlist.
