Promising second on 2 of his 3 outings, collared late by the re-opposing Flying Pirate over C&D (heavy) 3 weeks ago. Meets that rival on 4 lb better terms now and another bold bid likely.

£36,000 Starman colt. Dam, maiden (stayed 7.5f), sister to useful 7f-2m winner Agitare. Didn't show much in Newbury novice 19 days ago.

Offered little in novice at Wolverhampton (6f) on debut 2 weeks ago.

€40,000 yearling, Persian Force colt. Half-brother to several winners, including useful winner up to 6f Es Raco. Showed promise amid greenness when fourth in Nottingham maiden and far from disgraced when mid-field in Coventry at Royal Ascot. Remains with potential back in calmer waters.

Foaled March 6. €35,000 yearling, Space Traveller colt. Half-brother to several winners, including winner up to 6f Dazzling Des and 6f/7f winner Merry Secret. Dam, 2-y-o 5f winner, half-sister to useful 1m-10.3f winner Desert Kiss. Yard get plenty of winning debutants (market often good guide).

Seventh of 11 in a novice over C&D on debut 3 weeks ago in heavy ground, making modest late gains. Needs to improve plenty for that experience.

Foaled February 21. €6,500 foal, 19,000 gns yearling, Gregorian colt. Dam unraced half-sister to 6.5f/7f winner Aqlaam Vision. Yard can ready one but cheap purchase who is probably best watched.

Stepped up on debut when winning 7f seller at Chester (good to soft) 17 days ago, value for extra having had to overcome trouble. Open to further improvement but this much tougher.

Offered more when remote third of 5 at Bath (5.7f, good) 7 weeks ago but it represents only modest form.
