£52,000 yearling, Starman colt. Half-brother to several winners, including useful Italian 2-y-o 6f-1m winner Rainbow Royal and winner up to 7f Rose Marmara. Dam 6f winner (including at 2 yrs). Offered something to work on having been held back by inexperience at Newbury last week.

32,000 gns foal, Starman gelding. Half-brother to 3 winners, including 6f-1¼m winner Royal Robbins and 2-y-o 6f/7f winner Miss Fascinator. Dam, lightly raced in USA, half-sister to smart 1m winner Fathayer. Showed only greenness in Wolverhampton maiden in March.

Showcasing colt who took a step forward on his debut form when second in a Southwell novice (6f) 41 days ago, having run of race and unlucky to bump into one who found more improvement. In good hands and better still could be on the cards.

Well held in novices at Lingfield/Kempton.

450,000 gns yearling, New Bay gelding. Half-brother to several winners, including high-class 6f-1¼m winner Romantic Warrior and useful 6f winner Melodic Charm. Dam 2-y-o 7f winner. Expensive purchase but already gelded. Market should guide.

Consistent rather than progressive form but capable of winning a race of this nature. Tongue strap fitted back from 5 months off.

Showed ability in maidens here (6f) and Chester but probably won't see her best until stepping up in trip.

Well held in minor events at Meydan.

Well-bred filly who cost £420,000 as a yearling but unfancied in the betting when down the field at Newbury/Wolverhampton.

Never figured in a Newbury maiden on debut in October and tailed off in novice at Kempton 2 weeks ago.
