Course winner in October. Turned in a rare below-par effort when only eighth of 11 in handicap here (1m) 25 days ago. The sort to bounce back though on her first go over this trip.

Still looking for a breakthrough victory but he is knocking on the door, runner-up in handicap at Newmarket (1¼m) 19 days ago. Should be very competitive again off the same mark with Oisin Murphy now up.
A dual 1¼m winner at Newmarket and Doncaster last summer. Shaped as if needing the run after 7 months off when ninth of 11 in handicap at Newbury (1¼m) 19 days ago. Can take a step forward.
Gained first turf success over C&D in April but seemed unsuited by the track when seventh of 8 in handicap at Newmarket (1¼m) 19 days ago. Can bounce back returned here.
Ex-Irish maiden. Shaped really well on his yard debut when third of 14 to Caph Star in handicap over C&D on his return, finishing well having got no run from 2f out. Up 3 lb but expected to be bang there with few miles still on the clock.
Useful form on turf in Germany last year but hasn't got anywhere near that level on these shores, including both starts for current yard this winter. Goes handicapping after a break with lots more needed in first-time cheekpieces.
Won twice over this trip in 2024 for Jane Chapple-Hyam. Not so good since, and only sixth of 8 (retried in cheekpieces) in handicap at Lingfield (1¼m) 16 days ago. Blinkers reached for now.
Is being kept very busy in 2026, already winning 3 times on the all-weather. Posted another good effort when fourth of 10 in handicap at Pontefract (1m) 12 days ago. Ought to be thereabouts once more.
Low-mileage 5-y-o who was twice a winner in 2024. Back from 14 months off with an encouraging fifth of 10 in handicap at Kempton (11f) 30 days ago, fading only last 1f. Can build on it here.
Still a maiden and he came in only eighth of 11 in handicap at Southwell (1m) 27 days ago. Needs this step up in trip to spark major progress.

Forecasts
A Major Payne (2/1), Kasgani (3/1), Something Splendid (18/5), Star Time (10/1), Caph Star (12/1), Orangesandlemons (12/1), Give Me The Night (18/1), No Knee Never (20/1), Primo Lara (25/1), Abando (33/1)
KASGANI made an eye-catching start for Declan Carroll when an unlucky-in-running third over C&D and is fancied to get off the mark here. A Major Payne arrives at the top of his game but could have to settle for second once more, while No Knee Never and Star Time appeal as the pick of the rest for minor honours.
