Ended 2025 under something of a cloud and failed to justify support following a 6-month break when fourth of 6 in Wetherby (5.5f) 25 days ago. Boiled over in the preliminaries then and better showing not ruled out from plum draw.

Struggled after winning at Yarmouth last June but has come back down the handicap as a result and now finds himself below his last winning mark. Has tended to come on for his return (seventh of 9 at Leicester on comeback) but still requires somewhat of a leap of faith with cheekpieces now applied.
Multiple 5/6f winner (including over C&D) who has been in good heart in recent months, again finding only one too good at Leicester (6f) 12 days ago. Should give another good account from same mark.
Building up a healthy strike rate at this venue, registering back-to-back 7f victories in April. Easy to put a line through his latest Doncaster effort (hampered 2f out) but likely he'll need a strong pace to aim at returned to sprinting.
Rattled off a quick-fire 6f hat-trick this time last year and arrives here as good as ever, well served by return to positive tactics when scoring at Salisbury (6f) last week. Escapes a penalty for that success and he's a very interesting runner.
Slow start for this yard but much more like it of late, returning to her best tried in a first-time visor (retained) when edged out late on at Wolverhampton (6f) 16 days ago. Can make a bold bid once more back on turf.
Four-time C&D winner who has finished placed on 2 of his 3 starts this season, latterly when second in 13-runner 7f handicap here 10 days ago. Return to 6f won't inconvenience him and he's only 1 lb above last winning mark.

Safari Dream (5/2), Evocative Spark (4/1), Ingleby Archie (9/2), Moostar (11/2), Fiscal Policy (11/2), Crocodile Power (15/2), Willolarupi (12/1), Beyond Borders (25/1)
SAFARI DREAM escapes a penalty for last week's Salisbury success and could be the way to go in a competitive race with his rider taking off a handy 7 lb. Moostar is knocking firmly at the door and is feared, whilst a strong pace to aim at will aid the chances of multiple course winner Evocative Spark back at 6f.
