Produced what was probably her best race yet in Britain when second of 7 at Southwell (1½m) in March, not lying down once headed. Fancied to be in the mix again nudged back up 1 lb.

Took her strike-rate to a healthy 3-5 when shading a tight finish in a small field at Newcastle (12.5f) in October. Creditable effort having had more on her plate when third of 6 at Yarmouth (11.5f, good) later that month and makes her seasonal return.

Caused a surprise in a first-time hood when winning 12-runner handicap at Kempton (1½m) last month. Had the run of things and ran at least as well when second of 4 in handicap at Yarmouth (11.5f, good to firm) just under 2 week ago and should remain competitive.

Made it 3 wins from her previous 4 starts when successful at Lingfield on return and has run to a similar level on both subsequent outings, fifth of 6 at same course most recently. Back on turf and others look stronger.

Ended long losing sequence at Bath last May and ran creditably back there for the first time since when third of 9 last week. Likely to prove vulnerable to far younger less-exposed types here.

Wootton Bassett filly who got much closer to her debut form when eighth of 14 in maiden at Newbury (1¼m, good) on return just over 3 weeks ago. Upped further in distance here and is expected to take a step forward now handicapping.

It was all mostly positive at 2 yrs, winning a 1m Newcastle novice in November. Struggled upped in trip and in first-time cheekpieces after 4 months off when third of 4 in handicap at Leicester (1½m, good) on return 4 weeks ago and blinkers quickly reapplied.

Took a step forward when fourth of 11 on handicap debut at Kempton (1½m) 6 weeks ago, benefiting from the step up in trip. Well bred and in top hands, she's fancied to go close on turf debut.

Has made little impact in her 3 outings to date but may prove a different proposition now handicapping over a longer trip on return.

Ridden more positively switched to handicaps and improved to finish second at Wolverhampton twice in March. Not so good at Lingfield last month but there's tons of stamina in her pedigree and this longer trip could unlock further progress on turf debut.

Forecasts

Society Girl (10/3), Sibling Rivelry (7/2), Lilly Lux (4/1), Mrembo (6/1), Kindly Queen (17/2), Queen Of Astolat (9/1), Pershalla (14/1), Sea Of Charm (14/1), Emma's Letter (20/1), Pangbourne (28/1)

Verdict

The 3-y-os look the ones to focus on here with the vote going to SOCIETY GIRL, who was much closer to her debut form on return at Newbury last month and is open to improvement now handicapping upped further in trip. Heading up the dangers is Kindly Queen, who ran a cracker on handicap debut last time and may well progress again on turf bow. Lilly Lux can edge out Pangbourne for third.
