Veteran performer who ended last season in fine form, taking his tally at Ripon into the double figures with back-to-back victories on final 2 starts of the campaign. Always behind after making a mess of the start at Thirsk on reappearance but dangerous to dismiss back here in refitted cheekpieces.

Veteran who resumed winning ways in 7-runner handicap at Nottingham (5f, good to soft) last month, responding well. Should remain competitive following a 2 lb rise.

Bounced back to form to make a winning reappearance at Wolverhampton in April and followed up at Pontefract (5f) later in the month. Should be competitive in hat-trick bid.

Tasted success 4 times over 5f last year, latterly at Hamilton in August. Form tailed off thereafter but showed up well for a long way on her reappearance at Thirsk in April. Beat only 2 home in a similar event there 8 days later, though.

Landed a gamble at Pontefract (5f) last autumn but well beaten all 3 outings subsequently.

Came from well off the pace to win 6f handicap at Wolverhampton in January. Mixed bag since and now back on turf for the first time since August 2024.
