210,000 gns yearling, Study of Man colt. Half-brother to 3 winners, including useful 13.3f winner Galmarley and winner up to 12.4f Gallifrey. Dam winner up to 1m (2-y-o 7f winner). Lots to like on paper. Yard also saddles Perisher.
€34,000 foal, €38,000 yearling, Starman gelding. Dam unraced half-sister to winner up to 7f Majestic Myles and 2-y-o 6f winner (stayed 1m) Parbold (both smart). One to note in the betting.
Promising type. Second in a 16-runner maiden at the Curragh (6f, heavy) on debut 38 days ago, slowly away. This step up in trip will help and he's open to improvement.
Eighth of 13 in maiden at Navan (1¼m, heavy) on debut 23 days ago. Wasn't knocked about on that occasion and likely to be seen in a better light now. Yard also represented by Priorstown.
Awtaad gelding. Half-brother to smart 1m winner Arabian Story and useful winner up to 1m Olympic Candle. Entitled to come on for the run.
Lightly-raced gelding. Good third of 9 in handicap at Cork (1m, heavy) 18 days ago when pulling clear of the rest. Cheekpieces back on and he has to enter calculations.
Sixth of 15 in maiden at Navan (1m, heavy) on debut 23 days ago and he's probably more one for handicaps in due course.
Fourth of 12 in maiden at Galway (7f, heavy) when last seen in October. That represented a step forward from his debut but he's another who may shine more brightly when tackling handicaps.
Hooded on debut where she finished seventh of 11 in a Bellewstown maiden (1m, soft) 11 days ago. Opposable.
Gleneagles filly. Dam 1m winner who stayed 1¼m out of smart 1½m winner Front House. Market should point the way.
Lightly-raced filly who was a below-par eighth of 14 in maiden at Dundalk (1m) 47 days ago. Others make more appeal for win purposes.
Sixth of 8 in a maiden at Dundalk (6f) 12 days ago and it's easy enough to look elsewhere.
Fairly useful filly who was a creditable fourth of 10 in a Naas maiden (1m, heavy) 31 days ago. That was her first run following 5 months off and she looks sure to be involved in the finish.
No show both starts at 2 yrs and this demands a big leap in the right direction.
Showed signs of ability when sixth of 13 in a 7f maiden here (soft) on debut 14 days ago but not enough to suggest she'll be up to winning this.

Forecasts
Perisher (11/8), Sanctijude (7/2), Keogie (5/1), Alphonsus Liguori (13/2), Jojo's Legacy (9/1), Rapide Vega (12/1), Cosmic Funk (20/1), Priorstown (40/1), Lord Aus (40/1), Ocean Echo (40/1), Casla's Eagle (100/1), Tavarua (125/1), Borora Aura (250/1), Meriden (250/1), Sands Castle (300/1)
There was plenty of promise in KEOGIE's debut second in a big-field at the Curragh and he will be more street-wise this time. Noel Meade's charge gets the nod ahead of Perisher and Sanctijude, both of whom should pick up a race before long, while the former's stablemate Alphonsus Liguori is a likely-looking type on paper.
