Ladies Day 9th May Handicap (Div 1)

Won back-to-back classified stakes at Southwell in March but appeared to find the run coming too soon when bidding for a hat-trick back in a handicap at that course last time. Capable 7 lb apprentice booked.

Scored twice at Wolverhampton in 2025 and arrives on the back of 2 respectable efforts there on his last 2 outings. Yard in good heart and below last winning mark. Player.

Ended a losing run stretching back to early-2023 when winning classified events at Wolverhampton and Lingfield later in January. Has struggled in handicaps both starts since, though, and not seen on turf since July 2024.

Daughter of U S Navy Flag cost 3,000 gns as a foal and hasn't been able to match her modest debut form in 3 outings since, including on handicap debut. Makes turf debut.

Veteran who held form well in 2025, registering 2 wins at Wolverhampton. Not ideally placed when last of 8 at Southwell last time, but yard is going through a quiet spell at present.

A 3-time winner in 2024, but was largely disappointing last year and, though well treated on those earlier efforts, he's hard to recommend on return here.

Got off the mark 7f classified event at Lingfield in January and has run well since with back-to-back thirds, finishing a length behind Maury in 9-runner handicap at same course last time. Should be competitive on those efforts, though possibly best up to 1m.

Remains a maiden after 24 Flat runs, though went close in a handicap at Redcar last year. The 2 efforts that followed that have hardly been encouraging, though, and others make more appeal.

Barely beaten a rival last 5 starts and can easily be passed over.

Modest filly who didn't kick on from 2 in frame efforts in handicaps around this time last year. First run after a breathing operation and for new yard.
