Well-bred colt who left debut form in his wake when runner up on second start and duly went one place better with plenty to spare at Chelmsford (1m) 16 days ago, making all. Brings a positive profile to handicaps and fully expected to make his mark again.

Won his maiden on all-weather last summer and posted just about his best effort since after 5 months off when third in a C&D handicap 17 days ago, just finding his effort flattening out late on. Further progress certainly not ruled out with that run under his belt.

Won a 7f maiden at Epsom in August but failed to reproduce that form in trio of starts thereafter. Needs to get back on track now returning from 5 months off.

Put experience to good use when landing Musselburgh seller (7f) in October and enhanced his form with back-to-back handicap victories at Doncaster towards the end of the campaign, relishing the underfoot conditions. Will find this a different test but respected nevertheless.

Son of Mehmas who ran to a fair level when just touched off on debut at Pontefract (6f) in August. Not at same level in maiden/novice events on turf/all-weather thereafter but represents top stable and no surprise to see him get back on the up now handicapping having been gelded.

Got off the mark in ready fashion at Newcastle (6f) in December. Failed to confirm that form when fourth from a 9 lb higher mark at Wolverhampton in January and he likely needs to pull out more.

TAMASHAL confirmed previous promise when opening his account in clear-cut fashion at Chelmsford 16 days ago and, very much the type to go on improving in handicaps, he makes plenty of appeal in his follow-up bid. Illy's Roo and Dagger Strike were separated by a head when the pair finished 1-2 respectively over C&D recently and they head up the dangers.
