Thriving mare who made it 4 victories in 5 starts when decisive winner of a classified stakes over 5f here at the end of January. Found life tougher back in handicap company last month but this represents a drop in grade.
Showed nothing this winter and it was a similar story in a first-time hood for his new yard earlier in the month. Handicapper drops him another chunk.
On a long losing run but wasn't disgraced on the figures when sixth of 8 here (5.1f) in January. Ran too badly to be true at Newcastle since, however.
Returned to form in a well-run race back down in trip when third of 8 over C&D last month. Not certain to back that up given overall profile, though.
Infrequent winner who ran one of his lesser races having missed 9 weeks when last of 11 here (7.2f) last month. Hard to know what mood he'll be in back sprinting.
Multiple C&D winner who didn't run all that badly but lost his pitch at a crucial stage when third of 11 at Southwell 12 days ago. Considered from stall 1.
C&D winner in January and has held his form pretty well since, again a touch too keen and didn't see it out quite so well as he might when a close third of 8 in a classified stakes over C&D earlier in the month. New headgear (first-time visor) could help in that regard.
3-time C&D winner, including by a head in January. Not so good reverted to classified events the last twice and now returns to handicap company.
On a lengthy losing run and is easily opposable once again from marginally out of the weights.

Forecasts
East Tyrone (3/1), Piperstown (7/2), Midnight Call (7/2), Mythical Isle (6/1), Thank The Lord (8/1), Rain Cap (17/2), Sisters In The Sky (16/1), Charging Bull (28/1), Barney's Bay (33/1)
EAST TYRONE was a touch too keen to see his race out over C&D recently but with a first-time visor replacing blinkers, Phil Kirby's 4-y-o is fancied to regain the winning thread at the expense of Piperstown, who didn't run at all badly at Southwell earlier in the month and has landed the inside stall. Sole mare Midnight Call has thrived for current connections around here so completes the shortlist.
