Chased home Celtic Art at Taunton in January and shaped as if still in good form when fifth of 9 in 2m5f handicap at Kempton last time. Drop in trip will suit and he could get an easy lead here.

Has gone backwards from an encouraging reappearance at Aintree in November and hopes pinned on first-time cheekpieces sparking improvement.

Back to form in first-time tongue strap following breathing operation when third in 11-runner Pertemps qualifier at Chepstow and though his strike rate is ordinary (1-12 under Rules), he seemingly does little wrong.

Useful fourth in Grade 2 bumper at Aintree last season and having opened his hurdle account at Wincanton, again wasn't seen to best effect when third in Fakenham novice last time. Tongue strap on for handicap debut and remains open to improvement (especially if ridden positively).

Strong form when third to Alexei earlier in season and ran at least as well when fourth in competitive 15-runner handicap at Ascot last time. Needs considering with sights lowered.

First-time tongue strap seemingly the catalyst for a stouter finishing effort when notching his fourth win over hurdles at Plumpton latest, and while this is a better race, he's still only a 6-y-o.
