Back to form with a pair of runner-up efforts of late, first one coming over C&D. Kept on well having been briefly short of room in 8-runner handicap at Wolverhampton (6/1) 8 days ago and another bold showing looks likely.

Hasn't stood much racing and made limited impact in a trio of 7f handicaps.

All 3 wins came at this track, following up last month's 7f success with victory over this trip 5 days later. Had little chance following another slow start when seventh in hat-trick bid at Wolverhampton a fortnight ago. Expected to bounce back with stall 10 no major worry given usual tactics.

Showed nothing in juvenile hurdles, and a pair of recent efforts in course handicaps do little to encourage.

Fourth of 10 in a C&D maiden on debut but beat only one rival in 2 subsequent starts. Makes handicap debut after 247 days off and worth a market check.

Placed in 7f handicaps at Newcastle on last 2 starts for Grant Tuer and continued run of good form on debut for new yard when third at Wolverhampton (6.1f) on Monday. Bred to stay this far but failed to beat a rival on only previous try.

All 5 wins have come in headgear, justifying support in a refitted visor over 10f here a fortnight ago. Was seen to maximum effect on that occasion, though.

Minor promise only in various company. Blinkers replace cheekpieces.

Seen to maximum advantage when shedding maiden status from the front in 10-runner classified race at Newcastle on Sunday. Doesn't appeal as an obvious follow-up contender back in a handicap.
