€10,000 3-y-o, Malinas mare. Dam (c128/h133), 2m-2¾m hurdle/chase winner, sister to fairly useful hurdler/smart chaser (17f-3¼m winner) Mount Ida and half-sister to useful hurdler/very smart chaser (stayed 3¼m) Sizing Tennessee. Wears tongue strap for debut.

Diamond Boy mare. Dam (h95), maiden hurdler (stayed 3m), closely related to useful hurdler/smart chaser (stayed 3m) Rocklander out of 17f-2¾m hurdle winner (probably stayed 3m) Rua Lass. Yard 1-24 with their runners in this sphere in last 5 seasons.

Doyen mare. Dam (h101), 2½m hurdle winner, half-sister to smart hurdler/high-class chaser (stayed 23f) Kalashnikov. Market can likely prove an informative guide ahead of debut.

Shirocco filly. Half-sister to modest chaser Sir Carnegie, stays 3¼m. Bred more for stamina than speed.

Order Of St George filly who as progressed with each outing to date, going much close than previously when second of 6 in bumper (16/1) at Tramore (16.2f, soft) 36 days ago, challenged entering straight and held only close home. Possibilities with a repeat.

Jeu St Eloi filly. Half-sister to French 19f hurdle winner Isis des Bordes. At long odds for debut but displayed promise nevertheless when fifth of 17 in bumper at Fairyhouse (2m, soft) back in April, outpaced gradually. Better to come upped in trip and this rates much less demanding.

Showed more than on debut when third of 11 in bumper debut here (15.8f) last autumn but absent since finishing tenth of 17 in maiden hurdle at Gowran (2m) 13 months ago. In good hands but it's possible jumps handicaps will be more her bag further down the line.

€2,500 3-y-o, Shirocco mare. Half-sister to fairly useful 19f/21f hurdle winner It's Hard To Know. Dam unraced.

Blue Bresil mare. At long odds for debut (80/1) went with no promise when eleventh of 14 in bumper at Limerick (2m, heavy) on NH debut 5 days ago, beaten before end of back straight.

£100,000 4-y-o, Order of St George mare. Dam unraced half-sister to fairly useful hurdler (stayed 3m) Brianstorm. Easy winner of second start in points (May 2024) and another best guided by the market on bumper debut.

€15,000 3-y-o, £85,000 5-y-o, Doyen mare. Half-sister to fairly useful hurdler Red Windsor. Won only start in Irish points (Mar 2025). Interesting newcomer to Rules.

Kingston Hill filly. Dam unraced. Unplaced sole start in points (May 2025). Trainer boasts a 100% record in bumpers (promising Murat 2-2) so well worth noting if the market spoke in her favour on debut.

Forecasts

Sound Judgement (11/8), Luciole Des Bordes (11/4), Lilannbee (4/1), Red Acres Georgie (15/2), Auntie Ida (16/1), Nells Princess (16/1), Ivy Lane (22/1), Madam Jess (33/1), The Fly Window (40/1), Jenina (80/1), Hazy Daisy (150/1), Sky Lewis (150/1), Quiet In Bresil (200/1)

Verdict

LUCIOLE DES BORDES produced a promising first effort at long odds when fifth in a much stronger contest at Fairyhouse last spring and, appealing as the type to build on that now upped in trip for return, she makes a good deal of appeal. Point scorer Sound Judgement may be the one to give Willie Mullins' filly most to think about. Lilannbee, Red Acres Georgie and The Fly Window are a trio of others worthy of a look for place purposes.
