Consistent performer on AW at Dundalk, including a short-head second over C&D 21 days ago. Third of 6 in handicap at Dundalk (10.7f) at odds of 11/8 just 14 days ago, gave his running but held every chance. Should be in the mix again.

Won a handicap at Sligo in August but flying too high since, finished 11th of 16 in a listed race at Naas (66/1) 19 days ago, beaten early in the straight. First-time tongue strap/return to a handicap may see her more competitive.

Progressive with two 12f wins earlier this year for previous connections, but ninth of 30 in turf handicap (20/1) when stretched by the step up to 16f on stable debut at Curragh 33 days ago. Hasn't been with excellent yard for long and should appreciate the return to 12f.

Won a maiden at Bellewstown in July before finishing second of 4 in conditions race at Bellewstown (7/2) 29 days ago. Could find improvement on handicap debut.

Best effort of year when second at Tramore in August but finished eighth of 10 in handicap at Naas (33/1) 19 days ago, always behind in a change of headgear. Remains to be seen if she's on a going day.

Course and distance winner returning from hurdles. Fifth of 13 in a maiden hurdle at Punchestown (125/1) 16 days ago, made steady headway and finished with plenty of running left. Hood removed today and clearly in good heart for his return to the Flat. One to consider.

Made it 2 from 3 on the all-weather when winning a 10.7f handicap at Dundalk (17/2) 2 weeks ago, travelling well before taking lead in final furlong. Remains interesting and pedigree (by Sea the Stars) offers hope he'll stay this longer trip.

Showed some promise in a light campaign on Flat in 2024. Finished 12th of 18 at Leopardstown (18/1) 12 days ago, racing wide and probably needing the run after 6 months off. Back up in trip and market should offer plenty of clues on all-weather debut.

Course specialist with 5 Dundalk wins but form has tailed off, finishing 11th of 15 in handicap at Gowran Park (66/1) 11 days ago without usual headgear. May benefit from return to this AW track and has fallen to a handy mark if betting suggests he's ready to bounce back.

Showed some promise in maidens but hasn't made an impact in either start in handicaps. Still early days and first-time cheekpieces may help on return to all-weather.

In top form with flat and hurdle wins this season, including a 2-length victory at Down Royal. Placed third in recent flat handicap (13f). Maintaining his form well and he's a strong contender here.

Forecasts

Small Fry (2/1), Star Harbour (10/3), Quatre Bras (5/1), Boxing Great (7/1), Sea Coral (8/1), Billie Frechette (9/1), Lady Lunette (20/1), Silent Guardian (20/1), Pavilion End (33/1), Autocrat (40/1), Oriole (40/1)

Verdict

BILLIE FRECHETTE has been in excellent form this season with flat and hurdle success and can resume winning ways back on the all-weather. Pavilion End caught the eye over hurdles last time and could be interesting if back to form on the level, while Quarte Bras in building up a fine all-weather record and should be in the mix if seeing out the longer trip. Star Harbour has been consistent at Dundalk and deserves an honourable mention.
