Fifteen runs since his last win in 2023 and he posted a good second of 8 in handicap chase here (23.8f, good) 16 days ago, clear of rest. Ought to be thereabouts.

Ballywood^p,t¹⁹²

Age: 11| Weight: 11-8| J: Tabitha Worsley⁽³⁾| T: G Howell| OR: 91

33/1

Veteran is on a long losing run and he came in only fourth of 6 in handicap chase at Market Rasen (17.2f, good) 6 months ago. Others appeal more.

Heaven Smart^p,t⁸³

Age: 8| Weight: 11-5| J: B S Hughes| T: L Morgan| OR: 88WS

12/1

Ended time with Gary & Josh Moore out of sorts. Visored and not totally disgraced for his new yard when fourth of 11 in handicap chase at Perth (23.8f, good to soft) 83 days ago. Since had a wind op so he's no forlorn hope.

Reflection Of You^p¹³²

Age: 6| Weight: 11-4| J: Alan Doyle⁽⁵⁾| T: L Russell & M Scudamore| OR: 87

4/1

Point/course bumper winner came in a promising third of 8 in handicap chase over C&D (good to soft) on her debut over fences 132 days ago, fading after late errors. Big shout with more to come.

Form: 63575-3

Pescatorius^b1,t²⁶

Age: 6| Weight: 10-10| J: S Bowen| T: O Murphy| OR: 79| BF

1/1

Winning chaser for Harriet Dickin. Best effort for new yard when third of 7 in handicap chase (13/8) at Fontwell (21.6f, good) 26 days ago, left with too much to do. Blinkers on 1st time. Likely player.

Form: 2U5-453

Zuul^t,v⁸

Age: 7| Weight: 10-7| J: Nathan Moscrop| T: R Menzies| OR: 76

9/2

Remains a maiden after 17 runs. Encouraging third of 9 in handicap chase (12/1) at Uttoxeter (20f, good) on his debut over fences 8 days ago though so very much one to consider.

Form: 45-8493

Jackhammer³⁰

Age: 11| Weight: 10-2| J: Charlie Maggs⁽⁵⁾| T: A Slack| OR: 69| C

50/1

It's now 18 runs since his last win in 2022 and he was pulled up in handicap chase at Cartmel (17.3f, good) 30 days ago. Hard to warm to.

Pescatorius (1/1), Reflection Of You (4/1), Zuul (9/2), Everyday Champagne (6/1), Heaven Smart (12/1), Ballywood (33/1), Jackhammer (50/1)

REFLECTION OF YOU shaped well when third over C&D on her chasing bow and can build on it here after a break to add to her earlier point and bumper victories. Pescatorius took a step forward for Olly Murphy when third at Fontwell and is next on the list ahead of Zuul and Everyday Champagne.
