One-time fairly useful chaser but struggling for form at present, though has hinted at revival over trip too far last 2 starts (has since left John & Rhys Flint). Distance a concern once again.
Ended losing run at Worcester in July but not in same form next 2 starts and not the easiest to catch right.
Capitalised on a reduced mark after 13 months off when scraping home in handicap hurdle at Worcester and followed up back over fences there 18 days ago, again coming out on top in a tight finish. Must be highly respected in current mood.
Modest handicap hurdler who won mares event at Newton Abbot in in early-2022/23. Unraced over hurdles since that term and unplaced in 6 starts on Flat in 2025. Not an obvious chasing type.
Improved with back-to-back Worcester victories in July. Let down by jumping in his hat-trick bid there last month and no surprise if he bounced back.
Placed in Irish points but well held in bumper/over hurdles (latest after a breathing operation). Showed a bit more on handicap/chase debut when third of 4 over C&D in March (found to have bled) but needs to step up again on first run since.
One-time fairly useful hurdler for Gordon Elliott but little form for current yard, including over fences.
Belatedly off the mark in handicap hurdle at Fakenham (20f) in June. Back to form when going close off lower chase mark at Stratford 17 days ago and obvious claims with a repeat.
Long-standing maiden who makes limited appeal.

Forecasts
Gone In Sixty (11/4), Hobie (3/1), King Of The Story (15/2), Byzantine Empire (15/2), Sweet Nightingale (9/1), Calagogo (10/1), Annie Don (10/1), Zacony Rebel (10/1), Bahtiyar (33/1)
HOBIE has returned in top form after an absence and can complete the hat-trick. Gone In Sixty was collared only in the dying strides at Stratford last time and rates the main threat ahead of King of The Story, who was let down by his jumping at Worcester but was thriving before that.
