Was proving expensive to follow but got his act together in first-time cheekpieces to get off the mark at Redcar (10f, good to firm) 15 days ago. Still not many miles on the clock and he should be involved from 4 lb higher.
Is enjoying a positive season, notching his third win of the campaign at this C&D last month. Ran another solid race when a clear second of 8 in handicap at Newmarket (12f, good) 12 days ago and is likely to give a good account again.
Down in the weights and finally cashed in for first handicap success at Ffos Las (1m) in June. Strong at the finish over 1m here next time and shaped as if still in form when a never-involved fourth at Chester last month. Respected for all others appeal as likelier winners.
Won at Haydock in April and ran well under a change of tactics when third at Catterick (12.1f, good to soft) 22 days ago. Regular slow starts temper enthusiasm, though.
Yet to score this season but took a step back in the right direction after a couple of lesser efforts at Catterick (12.1f, good to soft) 22 days ago. Well treated if he can build on that.
Free-going sort has held his form well without winning this year, again performing with credit when fifth of 12 in handicap at Chepstow (10f, good) 7 days ago. Not discounted from making the frame, for all he may be a bit more effective over further.
Has taken her form to a new level of late, looking well suited by a strong pace when winning an 8-runner handicap at Nottingham before following up in ready fashion at Newbury (10f, good to firm, 11/4) 3 weeks ago. 6 lb higher in a better race here but remains unexposed at this trip.
Achieved a fairly useful level of form when making the frame all 3 starts in maidens but weakened quickly and failed to beat a rival on handicap bow at Southwell (12.1f) 32 days ago. Bit to prove now.
Long way down the weights when winning at Chepstow in July and backed that up with a solid third there (8.1f, good) 20 days ago, looking more straightforward than is often the case. Others preferred back up in trip.
Made a solid start for this yard when runner-up at Redcar and improved on that form when filling the same position at Doncaster (10.2f, good to firm) 35 days ago. Could do better again in first-time cheekpieces.
Has proven consistent since joining this yard, recording a narrow success at Nottingham in June before resuming winning ways at Lingfield (9f, good) 12 days ago. Should be of interest again.
Encouragement to be taken from his first 2 starts in handicaps, doing some good late work when finishing fifth of 13 (12/1) at Wolverhampton (8.6f) 14 days ago. Worth a crack over this far but probably needs to some find progress in first-time cheekpieces.

A competitive heat in which top-weight BAMBURGH is fancied to follow up from his Redcar success just over a fortnight ago. 3-y-o Divine Legacy is similarly unexposed and makes appeal on the back of an encouraging second at Doncaster last month, whilst Renesmee still looks well treated after her recent Lingfield win.

- Renesmee20/1
