Bagged a second victory of the campaign over C&D in June and remained in form since, seventh of 7 in handicap at Musselburgh (7.1f, good) 12 days ago (fourth past the post but subsequently disqualified after rider weighed in light). Respected again from this sort of mark.
C&D winner who has tasted success twice on AW since the turn of the year and best effort for a while when fourth of 11 in handicap at Doncaster (7f, good to firm) 11 days ago, catching the eye with some good late work. Now 4 lb below last winning mark and he's one to keep an eye on.
Remains a maiden after 18 Flat runs and never looked like bucking that trend when seventh of 9 in handicap at Doncaster (1m) 20 days ago. Cheekpieces back on and potentially well treated on pick of form but he doesn't look one to be taking short odds about.
Needs things to fall right but holding her form well prior to resuming winning ways in 9-runner minor event at Newcastle (7.1f) 18 days ago, well on top finish. Good pace to aim at can see her competitive again back in handicap company.
Landed a C&D handicap from a basement mark last term for former yard but yet to beat a rival in trio of starts for new connections this year, last of 11 in handicap at this C&D (good to firm, 66/1) 40 days ago. Had wind surgery ahead of this but she's difficult to recommend at present.
Lightly-raced maiden. 33/1, matched previous best when seventh of 11 on handicap debut over C&D (good to firm) 39 days ago. Needs to find a bit more improvement if she's to get off the mark here but she has fewer miles on the clock than most at least.
Veteran C&D winner who hasn't gone on from his reappearance here in June, coming in sixth of 11 in minor event at Catterick (7f, good to firm) 8 days ago, keeping on. Others appeal more for win purposes.
Successful 3 times during 2024 but hard to be overly enthused by his efforts this time around, again not at his best when fifth of 11 in minor event at Catterick (7f, good to firm) 8 days ago. Has work to do back in a handicap.
Ghaiyyath filly who offered little first 2 starts but more like it on qualifying run when fourth of 6 in maiden at Chester (7.6f, good to firm, 150/1) 46 days ago, not knocked about. Switch to handicaps promises to see her in an even better light now and worth a look for yard in good order.
Maiden who made the frame on 3 consecutive occasions prior to finishing 14 lengths last of 9 to Elettaria in minor event at Newcastle (7.1f) 18 days ago. However, fact she raced without cover on the flank offers mitigation and she's not without each-way hope.

Forecasts
Overlooked (13/8), Dumfries (4/1), Sir Maxi (5/1), Elettaria (8/1), Desert Dream (12/1), Hallucinate (12/1), Rum Runner (18/1), Twilight Jazz (22/1), Mavetheforcebewivu (40/1), Little Beck Annie (50/1)
Former C&D winner SIR MAXI very much caught the eye doing some good late work when fourth at Doncaster 11 days ago and now operating 4 lb below his last successful mark, he could well be ready to strike. Dumfries, handicap debutante Hallucinate and Newcastle scorer Elettaria are others fancied to be in the thick of things.
- Sir Maxi5/1
- Dumfries4/1
- Hallucinate12/1
