Mehmas filly was sent off favourite for a valuable Newmarket maiden over this trip on debut 15 days ago, raced green and stayed on well to finish third (fared best of the newcomers). Likely to have learned plenty for that experience and will improve. Sets the form standard here.

£125,000 Havana Grey filly is related to plenty of winners and wasn't seen to best effect when finishing down the field in a Ffos Las maiden on debut, never recovering having been hampered over 2f out. Entitled to do better.
Foaled February 19. Pinatubo filly. Dam winner up to 1m (2-y-o 7f winner). Stable aren't renowned for debut juvenile winners.
Lope De Vega filly. Half-sister to several winners, including smart 8.4f-1¼m winner Georgeville and useful 1m winner Baseman. Dam, winner around 7f (including at 2 yrs), sister to very smart performer up to 10.5f Famous Name. Newcomer from top yard makes plenty of appeal on paper (wears a hood).
Expensive daughter of St Mark's Basilica was given a considerate introduction when fifth of 9 in a 6f Newbury novice on debut 22 days ago. In good hands and looks the type to improve, for all this trip may prove short of her optimum.
155,000 yearling. No Nay Never Filly: dam, 1m-9.5f winner, half-sister to smart 1m-9.5f winner (stayed 1½m) White Wolf out of smart winner up to 8.3f (2-y-o 6f/7f winner) Long Lashes. Well-bred sort from powerful yard is one to monitor for support on racecourse debut.
Starman filly from a family with proven juvenile ability but was held back by inexperience when well beaten in a 7f Yarmouth maiden earlier this month. Likely to be one for the longer term.

Forecasts
Enamorus (15/8), Princess Petrol (2/1), Ravishing (3/1), Pacific Mission (6/1), Love Alive (28/1), Mayfair Market (33/1), Shining Guest (80/1)
ENAMORUS fared best of the newcomers when third in a valuable Newmarket maiden over 6f earlier this month and looks sure to improve for that experience. She can get off the mark at the expense of well-bred newcomers Pacific Mission and Ravishing, who are both worth monitoring for market confidence, while Princess Petrol is open to improvement on only her second career start, for all this trip may prove short of her optimum.
