Dual winner during 2024, latterly over C&D from 3 lb higher mark in September. Yet to scale same heights in handful of starts this time around, seventh of 12 in handicap at York (7.9f, good) 20 days ago. Return to class 4 company can help now.
Improved model this year winning handicaps at Wetherby/Leicester. Exploits mixed on 2 of his 4 starts since, below form ninth of 16 in handicap at Carlisle (7.8f, soft) 23 days ago. However, no great surprise to see a better showing in this smaller field.
Lightly raced for this yard and he put it all together on the back of 8 months off when cosily shedding maiden tag in 9-runner C&D handicap 10 days ago. Very much of interest turned out under a penalty.
Fairly useful performer who resumed with pair of respectable efforts at Newbury/Haydock during the spring. Had excuses when down the field at latter-named venue 4 weeks ago (left poorly placed) and there's a handicap in him from this sort of mark. Claims back down in trip.
Building an impressive strike rate in handicaps, scoring from the front after 5 months off at Chester (7.6f) in June and repeating the feat in 6-runner C&D handicap 26 days ago. Has more on her plate up in class but respected nevertheless with plum draw to operate from.
It's now thirteen runs since last win in 2023 but he comes here on the back of 2 creditable efforts, latterly when fourth of 8 in handicap at Haydock (8.2f, good, 7/2) 27 days ago. Should give another good account.
Good winner at Chester (7.6f) this time last year. Winless since though, and he's performed no more than respectably in 2 starts so far this campaign but mark has eased a little more and very promising apprentice takes off a further 5 lb here. Can't be ruled out.
Formerly useful but below par last season and not figured in 3 starts this term, equipped with a first-time tongue strap when fifteenth of 21 in handicap at York (7f, firm) 7 weeks ago, beaten over 1f out. Others much more persuasive.

Forecasts
Walsingham (9/4), Style Of Life (3/1), Mudamer (6/1), Candonomore (13/2), Theme Park (8/1), Light Speed (17/2), Into Battle (11/1), The Green Man (40/1)
WALSINGHAM put it all together returning from 8 months off when cosily shedding the maiden tag in a C&D handicap 10 days ago and, still low-mileage for his present yard, he makes plenty of appeal in his follow-up bid under a penalty. Into Battle surely has a race in him from a mark of 77 and he's feared. Mudamer can make the placings again.
