Struggled last season after running a screamer in the Greenham at Newbury on his return. Fresh might be the time to catch him and he's of interest under 7 lb claimer.
Dual winner on AW this year but underlined inconsistency when well held at York last month.
Won 7f handicaps at Doncaster and Thirsk on first 2 runs of this season and has held his form since, typically doing plenty early at Epsom last week. Wouldn't dismiss dropped back to 6f.
Back to winning ways at Redcar (6f) 3 weeks ago, seen to maximum effect as he made all on the far rail. Will find this tougher up 5 lb.
Has always been rather hit-and-miss but did win at York from 2 lb higher a year ago. Below form at Newcastle (33/1) returning on what was a rare AW run and should be sharper now.
Improved in the second half of last season, taking 15-runner handicap at Doncaster (6f, heavy) in November. Not seen to best effect either start this year and could figure.
5-time course winner, including twice last season, and did too much early on his return here last month. Down another 2 lb and could pop up again soon.
Expensive to follow (well backed again under Oisin Murphy at Haydock last time). Has gone well here previously.
Made an encouraging start for current connections when fourth behind Eye of Dubai at Doncaster (6f, heavy) in November and caught the eye at Epsom last week, making big move into contention but unable to sustain effort under young claimer. One to consider from stall 1.
Won twice on heavy ground at Catterick (6f) last October. Well held in 2 starts back this time around but will find this a bit easier and goes well here.
Veteran with plenty of previous in this race, winning it last season in the mud. May have needed recent Carlisle return and that might be the case again.
Won at Haydock last summer but hasn't stood much racing in recent seasons, again going backwards from a promising reappearance when well held at York a fortnight ago.
A regular here and showed more than on his previous starts for current trainer at York last time, despite having reported to have lost a couple of shoes. This is tougher but he's not ruled out.

SOLAR ACLAIM caught the eye at Epsom last week and could be set to resume winning ways. Eye of Dubai is likely to pop up again soon, while the returning El Bodon is interesting having run well in the Greenham first time up last season.
