Veteran mare who recorded her third C&D success from a 1 lb lower mark in September. Not at best in handicaps at Market Rasen/Stratford thereafter last autumn and this first start for 7 months may well bring her on.
Fair Flat/hurdles winner for Alan King but not yet threatened in a trio of hurdle runs since joining present stable. Mark continues to slide but others boast more compelling claims nevertheless.
Ended long losing run equipped with a first-time visor over C&D on penultimate start but proved disappointing in bid to follow up when eighth of 11 in handicap hurdle at Ffos Las (15.8f, good) 29 days ago. Needs to quickly shrug that off if he's to figure.
Been in good form under both codes either side of resuming winning ways on the Flat at Brighton in April, fourth over hurdles at Uttoxeter prior to a good second on the Flat at Chepstow (12f) 3 weeks ago. Still not long with this yard and well worthy of consideration back over timber.
Maiden who offered more than previously in this sphere when making the frame in handicaps at Taunton/Wincanton this spring. Ran badly with a tongue strap added (retained here) when pulled up over extended 21f here 46 days ago but too soon to be writing him off. Down in trip/had wind surgery.
Flat-bred gelding who got back on track following 10 months off when winning 5-runner bumper at Stratford in October. Headstrong and not figured in 4 runs in maiden hurdles but undergone wind surgery ahead of handicap debut and interesting if the market spoke in his favour.
Dual handicap hurdle winner in 2022, latterly over C&D. Very lightly raced since, but held form well in defeat throughout last summer. Returns from 8 months off having rejoined former stable and he's another to monitor in the betting for clues.
Multiple scorer on all-weather who wasn't seen to best effect returning to this sphere after 4 months off when last of 6 in handicap hurdle at Plumpton (15.9f, good) 24 days ago, weakening following a big mid-race move. Comes here operating from a basement mark and he's not one to write off.
Didn't achieve much in qualifying runs and no upturn for switch to handicaps, never a factor when fourth in 8-runner C&D contest 46 days ago. Eased further 3 lb ahead of this but he leaves the impression he's worth a try over further.
Modest maiden on the Flat who showed more than previously in this sphere under an enterprising ride when fourth of 8 in novice hurdle at Plumpton (15.9f, good) 24 days ago. Task is to prove that no fluke making handicap hurdle debut.

Seraphic (10/3), For You Buzz (4/1), John Betjeman (11/2), Gore Point (15/2), Colonel Lesley (8/1), Hill Station (9/1), Karannelle (9/1), Mach Ten (11/1), Whispering Royal (16/1), Miss Marette (28/1), Liberty Looming (50/1)
Successful on the Flat on his penultimate start, SERAPHIC has shaped well in a pair of hurdle runs either side of that victory and can come out on top from this sort of mark. Hill Station may well strip fitter for his run at Plumpton 24 days ago and is feared along with Colonel Lesley. Mach Ten is another worth a second look following wind surgery.
