Two wins last season for Philip Rothwell. Easy to back on debut for James Owen when 1¾ lengths third behind Turpin Gold at Plumpton (15.9f) 15 days ago. Now tried in a change of headgear and is still one to consider on only second start for excellent yard.
Inconsistent in handicap hurdles for Robert Stephens in 2023 but able to capitalise on reduced mark on debut for current connections (following 15 months off), always holding on to land a 6-runner handicap hurdle at Plumpton (15.9f, good) 15 days ago. Looks the one to beat if in the same form here.
Fairly useful Flat winner showed promise of final qualifying run when making up plenty of late ground to finish fourth in a Stratford novice (16.3f) 18 days ago. Could be open to improvement now handicapping.
Fair maiden handicapper on Flat but minor promise only over hurdles so far and hasn't looked a natural jumper. Best to look elsewhere.
Looks limited on early evidence, faring no better on handicap debut last month, although forgiven latest run when badly hampered at Market Rasen 17 days ago. Needs more.
Lightly-raced maiden hasn't improved for the switch to handicaps, unable to capitalise on an uncontested lead when third of 8 in a 2m Uttoxeter handicap earlier this month. Now tried in cheekpieces but will need to improve to take this from out of the weights.

Forecasts
Prince Quattro (1/1), Turpin Gold (9/4), Postponed Legacy (5/1), Al Mootamarid (11/1), Woody's Boy (33/1), Dartman (66/1)
TURPIN GOLD was always holding on when making a winning debut for Tom Lacey (following 19 months off) at Plumpton earlier this month and he can follow up if in a similar vein of form here. Prince Quattro has ground to make up with Turpin Gold, but this is only his second start for the excellent James Owen yard who invariably do well with stable switchers, while Al Mootamarid could be the potential improver on handicap debut.
