Somewhat belatedly built on his reappearance having eased further in the weights when landing 13-runner handicap at Chester (7f, good) 10 days ago, coaxed ahead close home. A good pace to aim at here will help and claims up 3 lb.
Veteran who rolled back the years when landing 11-runner handicap at Wolverhampton (7.2f) in December. Rider's claim off-sets his 3 lb rise in the weights if arriving in same form back from 5 months off.
Again paid his way in 2024, successful twice in 7f handicaps. Has looked to be working his way back to full fitness in pair of Newmarket handicaps in recent weeks and now finds himself operating 2 lb below last winning mark.
C&D winner who ended 2024 in top form, winning 3 of last 4 starts. Showed benefit of his reappearance run when creditable fourth of 11 in handicap at Doncaster (6f, good to firm) 21 days ago and he's another who can't be discounted.
Dual winner for Sir Mark Prescott in 2023 who really found his feet for new yard in the autumn, winning handicaps over C&D/Ayr on final 2 starts. Resumes with yard in good form and feasible to think we've yet to see all he has to offer.
12/1 and cheekpieces on for 1st time, creditable 2 lengths fourth of 13 to Probe in handicap at Chester (7f, good) 10 days ago. That was more like it having eased a little in the weights and not out of things with the headgear retained.
Lightly-raced dual 6f winner who failed to come on for his reappearance run following eleventh of 13 in handicap at Southwell (6.1f) 20 days ago. Steps up in trip now.
Still lightly raced and enhanced his excellent record at Southwell when bagging 7f handicap in February. Ridden too aggressively when sixth of 12 in handicap back there last time but he does need to prove himself as effective on turf.
Dual 6f winner for Jack Channon who failed to build on promise of his return/stable debut fourth when bit below form sixth of 10 in handicap (4/1) at Ripon (6f, good to firm) 8 days ago. Still, he's unexposed at this trip and not one to be writing off.
AW maiden winner over 1m on return for the Gosden yard last season. Didn't progress and sold cheaply after and he didn't figure after 7 months off when ninth of 11 in handicap at Wetherby (7f, good to firm) 20 days ago.
Unreliable sort who arrives on a lengthy losing run and didn't mark himself out as one to be interested in when sixth of 9 in handicap at Pontefract (5f) 17 days ago. Others preferred significantly up in trip. Visor discarded.
Back-to-back winner of 7f handicaps last summer, the first coming over C&D. Ended the campaign below his best but took a step forward despite not being seen to best effect when sixth of 8 in handicap at Redcar (1m) 26 days ago, finishing with running left. One to consider.

Forecasts
Probe (11/4), Darkness (6/1), Reidh (6/1), Desert Falcon (7/1), Liamarty Dreams (15/2), It Just Takes Time (9/1), The Good Biscuit (9/1), Valentine Catcher (11/1), Federal Envoy (20/1), Documenting (22/1), Arecibo (33/1), D Flawless (40/1)
A competitive handicap with the narrow vote in favour of REIDH. He stepped up on his reappearance despite not being seen to best effect at Redcar on his most recent outing 26 days ago. A former C&D winner who is down to a handy mark, a good gallop to aim at here can see him go close. Chester scorer Probe is another of definite interest, with Darkness and Desert Falcon another couple to consider.
