The one who appeals most is PENN AVENUE, who took a sizeable step forward when second to Zappata upped to a mile on her recent handicap debut at Wetherby. The latter has gone on to add another three handicaps to his tally, which makes the 1 lb rise Penn Avenue incurred for that effort look rather lenient. Respiro Solitario wasn't far away in third in that Wetherby race and is likely to emerge as the main danger, though Battle Stride is also interesting.
