Forecasts

Masai Moon (6/4), Chess Dad (9/4), Boatswain (3/1), Rogue Millions (7/1), Falmouth Lad (40/1)

Verdict

CHESS DAD acquitted himself really well when a close third under a penalty in a Newmarket maiden which has a tendency of producing smart performers, so the son of Study of Man is the one to beat with further progress likely. Boatswain looked a useful prospect when making a winning debut at Lingfield in January so is next best in what is a hot novice.
