Doyen gelding who cemented bright start made for new yard with cheekpieces refitted when readily accounting for 9 rivals in novices' handicap chase at Carlisle (20.9f) 2 weeks ago. Fancied to be competitive again from revised mark.
Back to winning ways at Musselburgh in December and stepped up on a recent run when 3 lengths third of 4 to Pure Surf in handicap chase (9/4) at Newcastle (20.1f, good) 28 days ago, plugging on from 3 out. Possibilities from same mark.
Irresolute performer who is winless since dead-heating over hurdles in 2021 and not been pulling up any trees over fences in recent months. Needs to get back on track with headgear discarded.
Finally off the mark at Carlisle (20f) in November and career-best display when adding to his tally over C&D in March. Found life tougher from out of the weights when third back here 39 days ago and this rates a more suitable assignment.
Poor form over hurdles in Ireland and very little to shout about in 2 spins for this yard during the winter, again failing to complete when pulled up at Warwick (19f) in January. Hopes pinned on a switch to chasing bring about a significant upturn. Market can guide.
Dual hurdles winner for Iain Jardine in summer 2023 and belatedly opened chase account at Newcastle (2½m, good) where she was given a sound tactical ride at the start of last month. Seemingly overdid forcing tactics at Kelso (20f) 11 days ago and bounce back distinctly possible.
Lightly-raced maiden who matched previous best in first-time cheekpieces when second of 13 in handicap hurdle (5/1) at this course (16.2f) 51 days ago, faring best of those ridden prominently. Interesting now his attentions switch to chasing for in-form yard.
Sole success came over C&D in June 2022 and he wasn't threatening when last seen, pulled up returned to this C&D when last seen in October. Percentage call to look elsewhere on this first start for 7 months.
Opened his account from a basement mark over hurdles at Newcastle (20.3f) in December. Respectable enough efforts next 2 starts over hurdles but no short-term encouragement to glean from either of his chase exploits at Newcastle so far this spring.
Made a winning chase debut over C&D in spring 2023 but seen only a handful of time since and hard to derive much encouragement from chase/hurdles exploits in recent months. Passed over from out of the weights.

Forecasts
Top Of The Bay (10/3), Am Still Here (4/1), Ribeye (4/1), Divas Doyen (13/2), Cave Hill (8/1), Glentruan (8/1), Follow Your Arrow (12/1), Derracrin (16/1), Pure Surf (16/1), Ebony Jade (50/1)
TOP OF THE BAY cemented the positive start made since switching yards when running out a good winner at Carlisle a couple of weeks ago and he looks a big player again from his revised mark. Am Still Here following a good second over hurdles also appeals now his attentions switch to larger obstacles. Ribeye and Divas Doyen complete the dangers.
