Kempton novice winner (at 7f) on debut in spring of 2023. Reached a useful level in defeat thereafter that year but absent since finishing tenth of 20 in Lincoln at Doncaster (1m, heavy) 13 months ago. Gelded since and the betting can likely guide.
Fairly useful sort who ended his time with Andrew Balding with a good second in 12-runner novice at Kempton (1m) in October. Changed hands for 28,000 gns thereafter and joined yard who do well with similar types so well worth a second look back from 6 months off.
Three-time winner last year who improved for the return to 7f, landing back-to-back handicaps at Newbury/Yarmouth. Yet to kick on from his reappearance, albeit not well served by making the running when twelfth of 14 in handicap at Doncaster (7f) 33 days ago. Cheekpieces go on now.
Twenty two runs since last win in 2022 but his mark reflects that and went closer than he has for a while when runner-up at Musselburgh 2 starts ago. Below form having been taken on for the lead back there 13 days ago but he remains one to bear in mind from this sort of mark.
Both career victories have come here, the latest over C&D in October. Operating below best in pair of starts towards the end of last year but not one to write off having fallen back down to last winning mark ahead of return.
One of the success stories of the winter, his fourth victory coming in a C&D handicap in January. Proved a model of consistency prior to finishing last of 8 in handicap at Southwell (7.1f) 28 days ago but a return to this venue can see him bounce back.
9-time C&D winner, latterly landing back-to-back handicaps in March. Run best excused having been left poorly placed when seventh of 11 in handicap (17/2) at Doncaster (7f, good) 7 days ago and return to this track can see him in a better light.
C&D winner. Latest win here in March. Creditable effort from long way out of the weights when seventh of 14 in handicap (40/1) at this C&D 14 days ago, well drawn. Can give a good account.

Forecasts
Benacre (11/4), Project Geofin (3/1), Leadman (9/2), One Night Thunder (15/2), Tasever (8/1), Daring Legend (17/2), Bobby Joe Leg (14/1), Too Much (20/1)
LEADMAN seemingly hasn't been the easiest to train but he ended his time with former connections in good form on all-weather in the autumn and, starting out for a yard that does well with similar types, he could be worth siding with back from 6 months off. Benacre is another to bear in mind from a handy mark. Tasever and Daring Legend rate next best.
