Losing run is beginning to mount up but holding form well on AW in recent months and seemingly found the step up in trip against him when fifth of 10 in handicap at Lingfield (6f, AW) 14 days ago. This more suitable back on turf with cheekpieces retained. Claims.

Returned to form eased in class when regaining the winning thread at Redcar (5f) in October. Disappointed final 2 starts but returned to form after 5 months off when second of 8 in handicap at this C&D (good) 30 days ago. Player down in class.
Successful 3 times on AW last year and best effort for a while when runner-up at Lingfield (5f) in February. However, subsequent runs not so inspiring, below form sixth of 11 in handicap at Epsom (5f, good to firm) 10 days ago, merely plugging on. Others stronger.
Losing run stretches back to 2022 yet, returning from 12 months off he did at least show some of his early speed before tiring quickly when This should reveal more back on turf but he's seemingly not the force of old.
It's now nineteen runs since last win in 2023 but he shaped as if needing the run starting out for new yard/after 5 months off when tenth of 13 in handicap at Newcastle (6f, 22/1) 22 days ago. Possible he'll step forward from a good draw.
Ended last season with a brace of placed efforts at York/Catterick and best excused his reappearance run when eighth of 10 in handicap at Pontefract (5f, good) 24 days ago, hampered soon after start. On a handy mark if stepping up on that.
In good heart in the autumn, placed twice at Ayr but not operating at the same level in recent weeks, below form seventh of 12 in handicap at this course (7.1f, good) 19 days ago. Visor goes back on and good pace to aim at will help having rare start back at 5f.
Dual C&D winner last season. 8/1, respectable fifth of 9 in handicap at Catterick (6f, good) 9 days ago. This looks tougher back up in class but each-way claims returned to this track/trip from a good draw.
3-time C&D winner, the latest in November. Helped force pace and shaped as if needing the run after 3 months off when last of 12 in handicap (80/1) at this C&D (good) 13 days ago and she comes here operating just 1 lb above last winning mark.

Forecasts
Wen Moon (5/2), Moulin Booj (11/4), Curious Rover (4/1), Protest Rally (8/1), Arnhem (9/1), Fine Wine (14/1), Abduction (14/1), One Night Stand (22/1), Zaphea (66/1)
MOULIN BOOJ shaped as if still in good form before seemingly finding the trip stretching him when fifth in a 6f handicap at Lingfield 2 weeks ago and he could be the answer with a speed test at this track looking right up his street. Curious Rover, following his solid reappearance second over C&D, and Wen Moon, down in class, are others to consider.
