Back to winning ways at Lingfield (1m) at the start of the month and he again ran well in much stronger company when fourth of 11 in handicap at Newmarket (8f, good) 9 days ago. Can give his best again despite widest draw making things tricky.
Ended last season out of sorts but eased in weights and he returned from 7 months off with a good third of 8 in handicap at this C&D (good to firm, 14/1) 9 days ago. Interesting if he can build on that from his reduced mark.
Five wins from 10 runs last year. 10/1, shaped as if better for the run after 6 months off when sixth of 12 in handicap at Redcar (1m, good) 19 days ago. Fancied to be much closer to form now from easing mark.
Beverley maiden winner (at 8.5f) for Marco Botti last summer. Exploits mixed in handicaps thereafter but not best judged too harshly on his final outing at Wolverhampton (9.5f) in October, having been trapped wide. Market can guide on return/debut for new stable.
6-time C&D winner who resumed after 7 months off with a creditable fourth of 8 in handicap at this C&D (good to firm, 13/2) 9 days ago, rallying final 1f before short of room close home. Worth a second look with that run under his belt.
Winner at Beverley (7.4f) on final outing of 2023. However, went winless last year, running below his best when ninth of 12 in handicap at Newcastle (7.1f) in November. Begins this campaign on a potentially handy mark though, so certainly not ruled out.
Showed benefit of his reappearance/yard debut effort when running on for second at Doncaster (7f) in March. Left poorly placed when fifth of 12 in handicap at Musselburgh (7.1f, good) 13 days ago and he remains one to be interested in from this sort of mark.
It's now fifteen runs since last win in 2023 but he shaped better than the distance beaten suggests when fourth of 9 in handicap at Pontefract (1m, good) 12 days ago, left with too much to do. Down to a very handy mark but he wouldn't want the ground to dry out any more.
Veteran course winner who got back on the scoresheet at Carlisle (9f, soft) in August. Struggled for consistency thereafter but another who should be sharper for his reappearance run when nineteenth of 21 in handicap at Doncaster (1m) 27 days ago. Still, others preferred.
Two hurdle wins in 2024 but hard to derive much encouragement from his recent Flat exploits, always behind when last of 7 in handicap at Wolverhampton (7.2f) 7 days ago. Passed over back on turf.
Had a highly-productive 2024 on AW, winning 3 times at Newcastle and went in again in January. Rare below-par effort on latest run there 45 days ago but he's effective on turf and better showing anticipated.

Good Morning Alex (3/1), Stockpyle (7/2), Havana Prince (4/1), Urban Sprawl (5/1), Garden Oasis (6/1), Spioradalta (8/1), Pisanello (8/1), Mudamer (14/1), Drink Dry (25/1), Enthused (28/1), Poet's Dawn (40/1), Volenti (50/1)
Having shaped well when runner-up on his penultimate start, STOCKPYLE wasn't seen to best effect when fifth at Musselburgh (7f) 13 days ago. Hailing from an in-form yard, the return to 1m rates a plus here and he's capable of defying this sort of mark. Course specialist Garden Oasis is another to consider.
