Maiden who ran best race when second of 7 in handicap at Pontefract (12f) in July. Exploits mixed thereafter, looking no more than averagely treated when seventh of 12 in handicap at Wolverhampton (9.5f) in October. Returns having switched yards and his mark has eased further.
Ended 2024 with 3 creditable placed efforts at around 1m but shaped as if amiss after 7 months off when last of 7 in handicap (10/3) at Nottingham (8.3f, good) 15 days ago. Blinkers back on and bounce back rates distinctly possible.
Twenty runs since last win in 2022. Fifteenth of 19 in handicap (50/1) at Doncaster (10.2f, good) 26 days ago, weakening final 1f. Eased further in the weights ahead of this and drop in to class 6 company may help.
8-y-o mare who showed benefit of reappearance run when capitalising on much-reduced mark in 11-runner handicap at Nottingham (8.3f, good) 12 days ago, weaving through to lead last ½f. Expected to be competitive again nudged up 4 lb.
Winner over 7f on soft ground last spring. Couldn't build on that thereafter but shaped as if retaining his ability back from 5 months off when good fourth of 13 in handicap at Redcar (7f, good) 17 days ago. Potentially well treated if building on that returned to further.
Made the frame 3 times in staying handicaps last term and, having been easy to back, probably needed the run when eighth of 10 in handicap (25/1) at Pontefract (12f, good) 16 days ago. Drops further in trip now and he may be sharper but draw could have been kinder.
Fifteen runs since last win in 2024 but quickly dispelled a lesser effort when creditable second of 7 in handicap (10/3) at Brighton (8f, good) 12 days ago. Each-way claims again with a repeat.
Dual 1m winner on AW last summer. Largely creditable efforts since, not beaten far when fifth of 11 in handicap at Newcastle (8f) 63 days ago, unable to sustain effort. However, all 4 career victories have come on artificial surfaces.
Latest win at Southwell in January. Creditable fourth of 8 in handicap at Newcastle (10.2f, 6/1) 30 days ago, well positioned. Not ruled out back on turf from this sort of mark.
Twenty runs since last win in 2023 and he again offered little having a rare start on turf when ninth of 14 in handicap at Catterick (7f, good, 33/1) 15 days ago, switched over 1f out but never dangerous. Steps back up in trip now.
Ended last season out of sorts and looked rusty returning from 6 months off when seventh of 10 in handicap at Wolverhampton (8.6f) 28 days ago. Needs to take a decent step forward from that if she's to feature.

Recent Nottingham scorer HOSTELRY remains on a workable mark judged on last season's form and she could be the way in the hope she gets the break from her inside draw. Alfie Boy, Ballsbridge and Calcutta Dream are a trio of others to consider, along with Light Up Our Stars.
