No show on Southwell return in December but won second time up last season and he lines up here operating just 2 lb above his last winning mark. Not out of things.
Veteran chaser who made final start for Lucinda Russell a winning one over C&D 13 months ago. Eased in weights having essentially disappointed for present stable but he could be sharper for his latest midfield Windsor effort that came after a break.
Improved hurdler last season and matched that level on second chase try when third at Chepstow (19.5f) in November. Shaped much better than margin of defeat suggests when third at Fakenham (21.2f) 6 weeks ago and undergone a wind operation ahead of this. Not dismissed.
Versatile sort who resumed winning ways on Flat at Pontefract (18f) in October and capitalised on sliding chase mark under a more positive ride than usual at Newcastle (20f) a month later. Well beaten second of 3 in handicap over C&D since, though.
Hasn't stood much racing in recent seasons but impressive when making light of a 13-month absence when successful on stable debut at Wincanton (20f) in December. Jumping let him down when falling at Haydock 2 weeks ago but well worth another chance judged on manner of his previous display.
Fair hurdles winner (at 22.7f) who took time to warm to his task but still stepped up on his chase debut effort when second of 4 in novices' handicap at Ayr (16.5f, soft) 4 weeks ago. Step back up in trip promises to suit now and he could yet have more to offer.
Veteran C&D winner who bagged a second victory at this track last November. Very lightly raced since but confirmed himself no back number after 11 months off when third of 6 in veterans' handicap chase at Lingfield in December. Respected with first-time cheekpieces enlisted.
Flat winner who won 3 times over hurdles for Dr Richard Newland, leaving that stable after taking a seller here (19.7f) last March. Bright start for present connections, including over fences, the drop back to 2m not in his favour when third at Ffos Las (2m) 18 days ago. This more suitable.
Course winner who arrives on a long losing run but mark reflects that and he signed off last term with a creditable third of 6 in handicap chase at Newcastle (20f) in April. Claims of making frame again if fully tuned up back from 9 months off. Cheekpieces replace blinkers.
Successful 3 times over the larger obstacles last season and made a positive return when fourth at Hexham. Went backwards from that at Ayr next time but he's been given a break since.
C&D winner but he came in last of 4 in handicap chase at Carlisle (20f, good to soft) when last seen 74 days ago, albeit possibly finding the test on the sharp side nowadays. Assessor has given him a chance but worth noting each of his last 2 victories have come at 3m+.
Won twice at Leicester last season and showed benefit of reappearance run in finishing placed on each of his last 2 starts at that venue/Haydock. However, more on his plate operating from long way out of the weights up in class.

Art Of Diplomacy (85/40), No No Tango (5/2), Bashers Reflection (8/1), Imaginary Dragon (8/1), Glory And Honour (11/1), Hello Judge (16/1), Gallic Geordie (16/1), Do Your Job (18/1), Ladronne (28/1), Cornerstone Lad (28/1), Real Stone (33/1), Nine Nine Nine (40/1)
NO NO TANGO was a mid-race faller following a couple of early errors at Haydock 2 weeks ago, yet he'd previously been most impressive (including with his jumping) when scoring on debut for the Harry Derham yard at Wincanton a month earlier. He's well worth another chance to get back on the up. Imaginary Dragon, Bashers Reflection and Hello Judge are others to consider. Veteran Gallic Geordie isn't dismissed lightly, either.
